Clinical Observation On Huxinkang Tablets Combined With Exercise Rehabilitation In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris With Anxiety And Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency And Phlegm And Blood Stasi

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huxinkang Tablet combined with exercise rehabilitation in treating stable angina pectoris with anxiety Qi deficiency phlegm stasis interjunction syndrome,and explore its influence on anxiety degree,TCM syndrome,angina pectoris attack,6-minute walking distance and quality of life.Methods: 72 patients meeting the criteria were included in this study and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 36 patients in each group.The control group was given Western medicine basic treatment + exercise rehabilitation program.The observation group was additionally given Huxinkang tablets(produced in preparation room of the Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine),ten tablets each time,three times a day.The intervention lasted for 8 weeks.Angina attack,TCM syndrome,6-minute walking distance,anxiety degree and SAQ scale score were observed before and after intervention.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy: After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were reduced compared with that before treatment,and the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 88.57% and 54.28%,respectively.Comparison between groups showed statistical significance(P < 0.05),and the effect of the observation group was better than the control group.2.Comparison of curative effect of angina pectoris: After treatment,angina scores of both groups decreased,and the total effective rate of angina efficacy of the observation group and the control group were 85.71% and 57.14%,respectively.There was statistical significance between groups(P<0.05),and the effect of the observation group was better than the control group.3.Comparison of anxiety state: After treatment,GAD-7 scores of both groups decreased,and the total effective rate of GAD-7 scores of the observation group and the control group were 97.14%and 80%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group improved the anxiety state of patients more significantly.4.Comparison of quality of life: After treatment,the quality of life(Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale score)of both groups was improved,and the comparison between groups showed statistical significance in PL,AS,AF,TS and DP(P<0.05),and the observation group could better improve the quality of life of patients.5.Comparison of 6-minute walking distance: After treatment,the 6-minute walking distance of both groups was improved,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the effect of observation group was better than that of control group.Conclusion: Huxinkang Tablet combined with exercise rehabilitation therapy for stable angina pectoris with anxiety(qi deficiency phlegm stasis interassociation syndrome)has curative effect on improving anxiety,relieving TCM clinical symptoms,alleviating angina pectoris symptoms and improving quality of life.
