| Objective:To observe the effect of HuXin Decoction for treating stable angina pectoris (Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis) and the effect on the aspirin resistance.Methods:Sixty patients of stable angina pectoris (Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis) with aspirin resistance were randomly divided into two groups:Thirty patients with Control Group and Thirty patients with Therapy Group. The Control Group was treated with the western medicine convention strengthening treatment, but the treatment group was simultaneously treated with HuXin Decoction,150ml,two times every day,Each treatment course lasts for one month.Before and after treatment,the detections of electrocardiogram and platelet aggregation were observed and such indices like angina pectoris treatment score,TCM symptom score and so on were recorded in both groups.The groups of data were through the statistical disposal to come to a conclusion.Result:Before and after treatment, comparison of the total treatment score and the effective of angina pectoris, the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group on the total treatment score and the effective of TCM symptom (P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group on electrocardiogram and platelet aggregation (P<0.05). After treatment, platelet aggregation was lower than before treatment.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. HuXin Decoction can effectively alleviate angina pectoris symptom (Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis) and improve the TCM symptoms of patients.2. HuXin Decoction could lower the levels of platelet aggregation to improve aspirin resistance. |
