BACKGROUND:The current primary treatment for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),but some patients still have angina after PCI.The mechanism of its occurrence is complex and controversial, and there is no satisfactory treatment for it.At the same time,it brings anxiety and confusion to the patient, which leads to repeated treatment of the patient and increases the economic burden of the patient. With the extensive implementation of interventional therapy for coronary heart disease, the number of patients with angina after PCI is gradually increasing. How to effectively treat postoperative angina pectoris and improve the quality of life of patients with PCI is one of the key issues after coronary intervention.Professor Yang Guohua,a master’s tutor of the author, has been engaged in the clinical work of cardiovascular medicine for more than 30 years. He is good at treating cardiovascular diseases related to traditional Chinese medicine. He has created Sishen Huxin Decoction in clinical practice and is used to treat patients with angina pectoris after PCI.Because angina pectoris has more classifications in TCM syndromes, this study only selected patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type angina after PCI,and observed and compared the clinical efficacy of Sishen Huxin Decoction on the basis of conventional medicationMETHODS:This study was to conduct a clinical study by prospective method to observe the clinical efficacy of Sishen Huoxin Decoction in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type angina pectoris after PCI.The selected patients were hospitalized patients with angina pectoris after PCI in the Department of Cardiology and Emergency Department of Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. They were divided into two groups according to the random envelope method.A total of 66 patients who met the inclusion criteria were screened and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was treated with Western medicine. The experimental group was given Sishen Huxin Decoction on the basis of this, and the SF-12 of the two groups were compared.Scale,TCM symptom scores and physical and chemical examination changes, observe the effectiveness and reliability of the efficacy of Sishen Huxin Decoction, explore the rationality of TCM treatment of angina pectoris after PCI,give play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, and explore the cardiovascular intervention of traditional Chinese medicine The application potential of the field. Results:Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 25.0 software.1.There was no significant difference in the basic conditions(age, gender, height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, etc.)between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the underlying diseases(hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, cerebral infarction)between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the SF-12 scale and SF-12 scale between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of TCM syndrome between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the two groups of patients had the main syndrome of TCM syndromes in the disease(chest pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath, distressed, burnout)The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in insomnia, anorexia, stool, and spontaneous sweat in the syndrome of TCM syndrome(P>0.05).Or the difference of chlorosis was statistically significant(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in tongue and tongue coating and tooth marks between the tongue and vein(P>0.05),and the difference of pulse phase was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Physical and chemical examination:urine routine and routine, there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);blood routine white blood cells and neutrophils, the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was not statistically significant.(P>0.05);CK value and CK-MB value, there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);TNT value, before treatment, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05)After treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Safety evaluation:None of the 66 patients in this study had adverse reactions. Conclusion:There is no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the aspects of SF-12 scale,TCM syndrome, blood routine, urine routine, stool routine,CK,CK-MB,etc.The test group was superior to the control group in terms of chest pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath, fatigue, fatigue, fatigue, and heart palpitations,as well as changes in pulse and TNT values.
