Clinical Observation On Lingfu Wenyang Decoction In Treating Chronic Cor Pulmonale With Yang Deficiency And Water Retention Syndrom

Objective:To observe the effect of Lingfu Wenyang decoction on the signs,symptoms and card iopulmonary function of patients with chronic cor pulmonale syndrome of yang deficiency and w ater flooding,and to evaluate the clinical application value of Lingfu Wenyang decoction in the t reatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease（Yang deficiency and water flooding）.To provide e vidence-based basis for its clinical application and popularization.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria of yang deficiency and water flooding of cor pulmonale,60 patients hospitalized in the respiratory medicine ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the test group of 30 and the control group of 30.Both groups of patients were treated with conventional western medicine,mainly including oxygen therapy,expectorant,antiasthmatic,anti-infection,etc.The test group was added with the traditional Chinese medicine decoction（Lingfu Wenyang Decoction）for supplementing qi,warming yang and promoting water on the basis of the control group.The treatment course of both the test group and the control group was 1 week.After treatment,the changes of BNP,blood gas analysis,TCM syndrome score and other indicators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the relevant data were collated and analyzed.Results:1.General data evaluation:There is no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age and course of disease（P>0.05）,which is comparable.2.Clinical efficacy evaluation:the total effective rate of the test group was 96.55%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.76%.The results showed that the clinical efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group（P=0.008<0.05）.3.Evaluation of TCM syndrome score:There was no difference between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）.After treatment,the syndrome score of the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment（P<0.01）,and the experimental group had better effect in improving TCM syndrome（P<0.01）.4.Evaluation of laboratory indicators:There was no difference between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）.After treatment,the blood gas analysis（Pa CO₂,Pa O₂）,lung ventilation function（FEV1,FEV1/FVC）and BNP of the two groups were improved（P<0.01）,and the effect of the test group in improving blood gas analysis,lung ventilation function and BNP was better（P<0.01）.5.NYHA cardiac function grading evaluation:The cardiac function of the two groups was improved after treatment（P<0.05）,and the test group was better than the control group in improving cardiac function（P<0.01）.6.During hospitalization,the safety indexes of the two groups of patients were within the normal range,and there were no adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Lingfu Wenyang decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve the clini cal symptoms and signs of patients with yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome of chronic pulmonary heart disease.2.Lingfu Wenyang decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve the bloo d gas analysis index,pulmonary ventilation function and cardiac function of patients with yang d eficiency and water flooding syndrome of chronic cor pulmonale.3.Lingfu Wenyang decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic pulm onary heart disease patients with yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome is safe and has no adverse reactions.
