Clinical Observation Of Wenyang Lishui Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Yang Deficiency And Water Flooding Syndrome

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Zhushui Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic heart failure(yang deficience and water accumulation)Methods:A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 30 cases.Both groups were treated with conventional medicine treatment.The treatment group were additionally treated with Wenyang Zhushui Decoction.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome,6-minute walk test,N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide and Left ventricular ejection fraction were observed before and after taking the medicine.Result:1.Evaluation of the curative effect of heart function(NYHA classify): The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 70.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome scores and The efficacy of TCM syndrome:There was no significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment;The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).and the treatment group was more obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 90.00%,The total effective of TCM syndrome in the control group was 73.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.6MWT: There was no significant difference in 6MWT between the two groups before treatment;The two groups were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).and the treatment group was more obviously improved than the control group(P<0.05).4.NT-proBNP: There was no significant difference in NT-proBNP between the two groups before treatment;The NT-proBNP values of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was more obviously lower than the control group(P<0.01).5.LVEF: There was no significant difference in LVEF between the two groups before treatment;The two groups were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was more obviously improved than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Zhushui Decoction can improve the heart function level of patients with chronic heart failure,reduce the sore of TCM syndrome,increase 6MWT and LVEF,and reduce NT-proBNP values.The overall clinical effect is better than that of conventional medicine treatment.
