Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Wenyang Lishui Dingpalpitation Decoction In Treating Decompensated Pulmonary Heart Disease Complicated With Atrial Premature Beat Syndrome Of Yang Deficiency And Flooding

Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and security of Wenyang Lishui Dingpalpitation decoction in treating decompensated cor pulmonale,which is accompanied by atrial premature beat syndrome of yang deficiency and flooding.Methods:A total of 60 inpatients collected in this study were treated in the decompensated period of cor pulmonale in the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2022 to February 2023,and were complicated with atrial premature beats.The syndrome of TCM syndrome was yang deficiency and water flooding.They were randomly divided into test group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with bisoprolol fumarate 2.5 mg qd orally,and the test group was treated with the prescription of warming yang,promoting diuresis and calming palpitation on the basis of the control group;Before and 2 weeks after treatment,the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)self-evaluation test(CAT),Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale(MLHFQ),6-minute walking test(6MWT),TCM syndrome score and dynamic ECG recording were completed.And statistical analysis.Results:1.A total of 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were included in this study,and 50 patients who completed the study.Among them,5 cases fell out of the control group(1 case had poor compliance,4cases were lost),and 25 cases were finally included;In the test group,5 cases fell out(2cases had poor compliance,3 cases were lost),and 25 cases were finally included.2.Through dynamic ECG examination,it was found that the frequency of atrial premature beats in the two groups was reduced compared with that before treatment,and the efficacy of atrial premature beats was also improved compared with that before treatment.The change in the test group was more significant(P<0.05).3.The CAT,MLHFQ,6MWT,and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were enhanced post-treatment,with the test group surpassing the control group.Conclusions: 1.The combination of Wenyang Lishui Dingpalpitation Formula and low-dose bisoprolol can improve the quality of life and clinical symptoms of patients with decompensated cor pulmonale complicated with atrial premature beats,yang deficiency and flooding syndrome,and the experimental group is superior to the control group;2.The efficacy of both sets in treating atrial premature beats is remarkable.The clinical efficacy of the test group and the control group is distinct,both before and after treatment.The effect of Wenyang Lishui Dingpalpitation formula combined with low-dose bisoprolol in the treatment of decompensated cor pulmonale combined with atrial premature beats with yang deficiency and flooding syndrome is better than that of western medicine alone.
