| Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of buyang huaying decoction in the treatment of Yang deficiency and water flooding in the acute stage of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease.Methods: 60 subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Two groups of men in the same western medicine treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the given ultimately drink soup.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,serum b-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),c-reactive protein(CRP),and arterial blood gas analysis(Pa02 and Pa C02)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy: both main symptoms and secondary symptoms of TCM in the treatment group were improved(P < 0.05),and the treatment group had an advantage over the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate was 80.0% in the treatment group and 46.7% in the control group.2.Comparison of heart function and arterial blood gas analysis: the two groups of patients had statistical significance in improving heart function and arterial blood gas analysis(P < 0.05),and the treatment group had an advantage over the control group(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of serum b-type natriuretic peptide and c-reactive protein levels:patients in the two groups showed statistically significant decreases in BNP and CRP levels(P < 0.05),and the treatment group had an advantage over the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion: buyang huanyin decoction can improve the clinical symptoms,cardiac function,arterial blood gas analysis(Pa02,Pa C02)level and reduce the level of serum BNP and CRP in patients with Yang deficiency and ubiquitosis at the acute stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease.It was preliminarily revealed that the mechanism of buyanghua decoction improving the clinical symptoms of patients may be related to the improvement of heart function,reduction of heart failure and reduction of pulmonary infection. |
