Clinical Observation On Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder Combined With Linaclotide In The Treatment Of Constipation-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Anxiety And Depression (liver Depression And Qi Stagnation Syndrome

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder combined with linalotide in the treatment of constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome with anxiety and depression(syndrome of liver depression and qi stagnation),so as to provide evidence for clinical promotion of this regimen.Method: In this study,a total of 96 patients with constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome with anxiety and depression who met the inclusion criteria were collected in the Nanqiao Temple Department of Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were randomly divided into 48 cases in the combination of Chinese and Western groups and 48 cases in the control group.The combination of Chinese and Western groups was given Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder,combined with linalocotide capsules,and the control group was given linabolotide capsules,the course of treatment was set to 4 weeks,and the case report form before and after treatment was filled in,and the TCM syndrome points,quality of life points,anxiety and depression points,disease severity points,and visceral sensitivity index of the two groups were objectively recorded before and after treatment,so as to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.TCM syndrome points:(1)Compared with the total effective rate,the total effective rate of the Chinese and Western combination group and the control group were 100% and 70.45%,respectively,and the total effective rate of the Chinese and Western combination group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the total points of TCM symptoms,the two groups of drugs had a curative effect on the overall symptoms of the disease(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the combination of Chinese and Western groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of individual TCM syndrome points: the points of each individual TCM syndrome in the combination group were improved(P<0.05),the control group was more effective than before treatment in five TCM syndrome points,including abdominal distension and abdominal pain,dry stool,laborious bowel movements,abnormal bowel frequency,and poor feeding(P<0.05),while the five TCM syndrome points in the combination group were less effective than before treatment(P>0.05),and the combination group was less effective than before treatment in five TCM syndrome points,including abdominal distension and abdominal pain,chest and hypochondrium pain,The efficacy of seven TCM syndrome points,including incomplete bowel movements,hiccups,fatigue,insomnia,dreaminess,and poor nutrition,was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the efficacy of three TCM syndrome points,including dry stool,difficulty defecating,and abnormal bowel frequency,was comparable to that of the control group(P>0.05).2.Quality of life score: The quality of life of patients in both groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),while the combination of Chinese and Western groups had better efficacy in improving the quality of life of patients than the control group(P<0.05).3.Anxiety and depression score: the anxiety and depression state of both groups was improved(P<0.05),while the combination of Chinese and Western groups was better than the control group(P<0.05)in improving the anxiety and depression of patients.4.Disease severity score: the total effective rates of the Chinese and Western combination group and the control group were 90.70% and 56.82%,respectively,and the combination group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the disease severity of the two groups had significant alleviation(P<0.05),while the combination of Chinese and Western groups had better efficacy than the control group(P<0.05).5.Visceral sensitivity index: the degree of visceral sensitivity was reduced in both groups(P<0.05),and the combination of Chinese and Western groups had better efficacy than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.Safety: There were no adverse drug reaction records in the observation process in the two groups,and the safety was good.Conclusion: Compared with the application of linanolotide capsules alone,Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder combination with linaclotide regimen can better improve the medical syndrome score,anxiety and depression state,visceral hypersensitivity,significantly reduce the severity of the disease,thereby better improve the quality of life of patients,the clinical efficacy is certain,the safety is reliable,and it has the value of further promotion in clinical practice.
