Clinical Study Of Jiawei Yigan Powder In Treating Diarrhea Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Anxiety And Depression

Objective:Through research clinical study of Jiawei Yigan Powder in treating of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)with anxiety and depression.to provide effective treatment plan for the clinical treatment of IBS-D with anxiety and depression.Methods:The 65 cases of IBS-D patients with anxiety and depression who were included in the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups:33 treatment groupand(Jiawei Yigan powder)and 30 control group(Pinaverium Bromide Tablet).Among them,2 people in the control group fell off and the actual 30 cases.Evaluation through symptom score,anxiety and depression score,efficacy evaluation,recurrence rate,adverse symptoms scale.Results:The overall efficiency of the treatment group was 87.88%,which was significantly higher than the control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).of which 3 cases are cured,9 cases are markedly effective,17 case is effective and 4 cases are ineffective,for the control group,of which 2 cases are cured,5 cases are markedly effective,13 cases are effective and 10 cases are ineffective.The main symptoms(abdominal pain or abdominal discomfort,irritability),secondary symptoms(discomfort of rib,Poor appetite)of Jiawei Yigan Powder group improved significantly,and it was superior to the control group(Pinaverium Bromide Tablet).In terms of anxiety and depression,both the treatment group and the control group had lower scores after treatment,and scores of the treatment group dropped more significantly(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.In terms of recurrence rate,the control group was 20%,the treatment group was 6.9%,which was significantly lower than the control group.In terms of safety,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of the two groups,and there were no obvious abnormalities in the relevant indicators before and after treatment.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Jiawei Yigan Powder in treating patients of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome with anxiety and depression was remarkable,Can obviously improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,reduce anxiety and depression score,improve the patient’s quality of life,and there was no adverse reaction,it was worth clinical promotion.
