Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Kidney-tonifying, Spleen-strengthening, Bowel-clearing And Blood-stasis-removing Method In The Treatment Of Renal Anemia In Patients With CKD Stage 3-5 Who Are Not On Dialysi

Purpose: To investigate the efficacy and feasibility of decoction plus enema in the treatment of renal anemia in non-dialysis patients with CKD 3-5.Material and method:Patients with stage CKD3-5(non-dialysis)renal anemia with spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,wet and turbid syndrome and blood stasis syndrome admitted to the Department of Renal Medicine of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2021 to January 1,2022 were selected and screened according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Finally,85 patients met the experimental requirements.Of these,38 patients were treated with Shenshuai prescription plus and minus combination and nitrogen decoction and 47 patients were treated with routine enema.The efficacy was assessed by observing changes in blood routine(Hb,RBc,HCT,MCV),kidney function(Scr,BUN,e GFR),and TCM syndromes scores before and after treatment in both groups.Results:1.Blood routine test: Hb,RBC and HCT were statistically significant(P < 0.05)and MCV alterations were not statistically significant(P > 0.05)in the pre-and post-treatment groups.The change of Hb,RBC and HCT was statistically significant(P < 0.05)and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Results: Both groups were effective in correcting anemia,but the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Renal function test:Changes in Scr,BUN,and e GFR were statistically significant in both pre-and post-treatment groups(P < 0.05).Changes in Scr and e GFR in control group were statistically significant(P < 0.05)and BUN in control group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Changes of Scr,BUN,e GFR were statistically different between the two groups(P< 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Results: Two groups of treatment methods to improve renal function in patients with efficacy,but the treatment group was better.3.Clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome:The total TCM syndrome score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 89.47% in treatment group and 74.45% in control group.Comparison of two groups,The treatment group was superior.4.Clinical comprehensive effect: Total effective rate 86.84% in treatment group and 76.60% in control group.Comparison of two groups,The treatment group was superior.Conclusion:1.Renal anemia patients with CKD 3-5 could be significantly improved by strengthening kidney,spleen and entrails.2.Treatment of stage CKD3-5 renal anemia with Yi-kidney,spleen and visceral stasis significantly reduced the levels of Scr and BUN in patients with Hb,RBC,HCT and e GFR.3.Comparing the statistical results before and after the treatment,it is proved that the kidney function of CKD patients can be improved and the renal anemia can be corrected.
