Clinical Research On Chronic Glomerulonephritis With Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome Treated By Strengthening Spleen And Tonifying Kidney

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on chronic nephritis with spleen and kidney Qideficiency syndrome treated by strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney in TCM.Methods:60cases of chronic glomerulonephritis patient with spleen and kidney Qideficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The controlgroupwith30patientson the basis of general treatment whichwere acceptedthe-western-medicine-insymptomatictreatment-as-diuretic,blood-pressure-control, cocorticoids. anticoagulant, regulating water-electrolyte and acid-base balance, while the treatment group with30patients on the basis of conventional treatment in the control group were-treated-withJianPiYidecoc tion by use, one dose a day and fried three times then mixed together as600ml, medication three times daily with200ml each time after the breakfast, lunch and dinner respectively and one month as a treating course. TCM clinical symptoms, urine red blood cells, proteinuria, and24h urinary protein changes before and after treatment has been observed in two courses.Results:1.64cases-of-chronic-nephritis-syndrome-of-cassify to the TCM splee n and kidney Qi deficiency syndrome,3cases were removed,1cases of loss,60cases were included in this study, collected case and shedding of the number of cases had no statistical difference,(P>0.05).2.Clinical general information of the age, sex, duration and Chinese medicine symptom score before treatment of patients in two groups has no significant differences.3. The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was83.33%and70.00%respectively with significant differences after treatment (P<0.05).4. TCM clinical symptoms as lumbar pain, fatigue, edema, poor appetite, loose stools, frequent urination and nocturia has been improved in both groups after treatment, and the proteinuria, hematuria,24hours urinary protein has been reduced in different degree. The overall efficacy of the treatment group was superior over the control group (P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusion:TCMand western medicine integrative treatment on chronic g lomerulonephritis which classify to the TCM spleen and kidney Qi def iciency syndrome.The treatment group with JianPiYiShendecoction using was significantly better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters, enhancing the overall efficacy on the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with the spleen and kidney Qi deficiency syndrome.
