Objective:With the method of strengthening spleen and nourishing kidney is the basic treatment group, to observe the feasibility of the treatment of stage CKD5 non dialysis, effectiveness and safety. Methods:To meet the inclusion standard ckd5 non dialysis patients selected 40 patients with syndrome differentiation in patients with spleen and kidney qi (Yang) randomly divided into study group and control group, study group given western medicine basic therapy+Yi kidney and strengthening spleen, control group was given the basic treatment of Western medicine, treatment for 24 weeks, watching the before and after treatment, serum creatinine (SCR), EGFR, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), hemoglobin, albumin, serum potassium, carbon dioxide binding force, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) before and after treatment, symptom scores, and record the changes of the main symptoms, make efficacy evaluation and observe its safety.Result:① The effect of TCM symptoms:research group of TCM symptoms efficacy was 65%, compared with the control group, the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine was 40%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).②On the clinical efficacy of the comprehensive effect:the study group comprehensive efficacy was 10%, the control group was 0, the efficiency was, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).③ Effects on renal function:study group and control group respectively after six months treatment,2 cases after treatment, blood creatinine decreased significantly compared with the previous research group, eGFR higher than before, the study group after treatment serum creatinine were increased compared with before treatment, eGFR was decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), blood urea nitrogen and uric acid were increased compared with before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); the control group after treatment serum creatinine were increased compared with before treatment, eGFR was decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); blood urea nitrogen was decreased, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); serum uric acid than before increased, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); comparison between the two groups after treatment, the study group and the control group eGFR, serum creatinine, blood uric acid, blood urea nitrogen were not statistically significant (P>0.05).④The effect on hemoglobin, albumin:the study group and the control group respectively for 6 months after, the study group after treatment, hemoglobin and serum albumin were compared with the previous increase, the difference no statistical significance (P>0.05); after the control treatment group, hemoglobin, serum albumin were compared with the previous fall, the difference of no statistical significance (P>0.05); after treatment between the two groups compared study group and the control group of hemoglobin, albumin group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).⑤Effect of blood potassium, HCO3-, ALT: Study group and control group respectively for 6 months after comparison, before and after treatment in the study group Valley pyruvic transaminase, serum potassium, HCO3- differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05); the control group before and after treatment Valley pyruvic transaminase, serum potassium, HCO3- differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05); after treatment between the two groups compared study group and control group, alt, comparison between the serum potassium and HCO3- group, the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05). ⑥After 24 weeks of follow-up,20 people in the study group had 1 persons in the control group,2 in the control group and 20 in the control group. Conclusion:Benefit Kidney spleen method in the treatment of CKD5 phase of non dialysis patients, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life has certain advantages. The method of nourishing kidney and strengthening spleen to treat patients with stage CKD5 non dialysis patients, some patients were effective, improve the renal function of the patients, and delay the time of entering the dialysis time. Benefit Kidney and spleen method in the treatment of CKD5 phase of non dialysis patients can improve the nutritional status of patients. Benefit Kidney spleen method in the treatment of CKD5 phase of non dialysis patients is relatively safe, no obvious adverse reactions were found.
