| Objective:In this study,based on the application of bibliometrics and complex network analysis,the document retrieval on acupuncture for angina pectoris(AP)combined information from multiple databases,and systematically analyzed and summarized the literature features and acupoint application rules,and identified the research heat spots and tendency of acupuncture therapy for AP.It was expected to provide evidence-based medical basis for the selection of acupoints on AP treated by acupuncture in clinical application.Method:1.Literature characteristics analysis : The literature characteristics was used to sketch the basic attributes of the literature,the research heat spots and development tendency of acupuncture therapy for AP,which retrieving data from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of science Core Collection(WOS CC),respectively.The timeline was set between 2000 and 2022 by using Citespace software to analyze the institution,the first author,and the keywords as visualization mapping.2.Complex Network analysis : AP clinical studies about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment were searched in 5 databases including the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wan Fang,VIP,Web of science(WOS),and Pub Med.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the literature and the prescriptions of acupoints were strictly screened and extracted.Then,the AP acupoints database for acupuncture treatment was established.The data were standardized,were applied to conduct descriptive summary analysis and statistical analysis for the summarization of AP best acupuncture prescription.The data were normalized and processed by Microsoft Excel 2020,endnote X9,Gephi0.9.7and IBMSPSSStatistics18.0.Result:1.Literature characteristics analysis:The CNKI and WOS CC included 230 articles and 195 articles,respectively.The result reveals that in the past 22 years,the quantity of publications in this field has uptrend of fluctuation.In CNKI,there are 202 research institutions participated in the clinical and basic research on acupuncture treatment of AP,and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(12 publications)was the most productive institution.The author with most treatises were Su Renqiang(9 publications).A total of 237 keywords appeared in CNKI,and the centrality of "angina pectoris" was the highest(0.62).A cluster analysis of the keyword revealed that,"moxibustion","heart function","heat-sensitive moxibustion" and "Moxibustion with moxa sticks" were the research heat spots in this field presently.Furthermore,the newly emerged keywords that burst into the open in 2019 included "heart function" and "acupuncture and moxibustion",which were roughly consistent with the clustering results.Meanwhile,in the past 22 years,the average annual publication volume in this field showed an obvious rising trend after 2012 in WOSCC.A total of 201 research institutions participated in the study,and Chengdu University Traditional Chinese Medicine had the largest publications(22 publications).The top authors were Liang,Fanrong(11publications).WOSCC had been showed 237 keywords and the one which possessed the highest centrality was “ancupuncture”(0.36).Through cluster analysis,it was found that "mechanism" was the current research hotspot in this field.And the greatest number of burst keywords showed in 2020,including "infarction," "mechanism," "systematic review," "cardioprotection," "chronic stable angina pectoris".2.Complex Network analysis : There were 376 literatures which meeting the inclusion criteria in 5 databases,including the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wan Fang,VIP,Web of science(WOS),and Pub Med,and A total of 382 prescriptions were obtained,86 acupoints are involved: meridian acupoints(83),extraordinary points(Jiaji T5,Anmian,Xuli).The utilization of commonly high-frequency acupuncture points for AP are Neiguan,Xinshu,Shanzhong,Jueyinshu and Zusanli.And the most frequently selected parts were the waist and back,among which the Back-shu points were the highest frequency selection.In addition,the meridians with high frequency mainly included Foot-Taiyang,FootYangming,Foot-Taiyin.In the acupoint compatibility association,the strong association acupoint pairing with confidence ≥ 80% and support ≥ 50% were: Neiguan-Xinshu,NeiguanDanzhong,Danzhong-Xinshu-Neiguan.Through the complex network analysis of AP acupoints prescriptions,the points ranked high in node degree,betweenness centrality,frequency and Eigenvector centrality were Neiguan,Xinshu,Jueyinshu and Geshu;and when K value ≥33,the K-core network obtained 34 core acupoints.By greedy optimization algorithm,acupoints were divided into 2 communities,29 in the yellow group,5 in the blue group.Conclusion:1.In recent 22 years,the literature about acupuncture treatment of AP at home and abroad has been on the rise,but the number and quality of published papers is still low.2.Chinese steady and ripe research teams are more inclined to publish high-quality papers in foreign journals to increase the voice of traditional Chinese medicine,while foreign research institutions are still in the embryonic stage.3.And moxibustion and the basic research and clinical research on the direction of cardiac function and myocardial infarction are also the heatspot and frontier trend.4.The treatment options for AP are gradually diversified,forming a complete treatment plan of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.5.The foremost acupoint pairing is Neiguan-Xinshu-Danzhong.6.The foremost core acupoints are: Neiguan,Xinshu,Jueyinshu,Geshu,Danzhong,Zhiyang and Zusanli to promote blood circulation and and removing blood stasis,tranquilize by nourishing the heart,recuperate gas-blood and invigorate pulse-beat.7.Urinary bladder channel of foot-Taiyang,Ren channel and the Pericardium Channel of Hand-Jueyin are mainly selected,emphasizing back-shu points which reflects the dialectical thought of both attack and tonifying,combined treatment of specimens and Zang and Fu as the center. |
