| Obj ective:Through the 219 cases of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris patients were retrospectively analyzed,summarized its choose the clinical features,for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine cure disease to provide more new ideas and directions.Methods:In this study,219 outpatients of cardiovascular diseases in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to September 2021 were enrolled.After the collected patient data were entered into Microsoft Excel,the frequency was statistically analyzed.Common clinical drugs were analyzed by SPSS26.0 software and SPSS Modeler software,and the characteristics of their prescriptions were summarized.Result:1.In this study,there were 117 female patients and 10 2 male patients.In the 4 5-5 4 age group,the number of female patients was slightly lower than that of male patients.2.In this study,the T CM syndrome types were divided into 8 types after standardized treatment,in which 65 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were the most,with a frequency of 3 1.51%,followed by qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and phlegm stagnation syndrome ranked third.3.A total of 23 2 Chinese herbs were involved in 3 6 8 prescriptions collected in this study,among which the top 10 Chinese medicines used frequently were Astragali radix,Poria,Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma,Paeoni ae radix alba,Bupleuri radix,Sal vi ae milti orrhizae radix et rhizoma,Corydalis rhizoma,Chuanxiong rhizome,Angelicae sinensis radi and Pinelliae rhizoma praep aratum cum alumine,all of which were used more than 100 times.4.In this study,through the classification and statistics of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 17 drug categories were obtained,of which the most drugs were used for tonifying deficiency,containing 22 traditional Chinese medicines,with a frequency of 24.16%,followed by drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,with a frequency of 16.03%,and the frequency of calming drugs accounted for 9.86%.The frequency of regulating qi drugs was 8.91%,and the frequency of relieving table drugs was 7.74%.The most commonly used drugs for tonifying deficiency were drugs for tonifying qi,accounting for 4 3.85%of the drugs for tonifying deficiency.5.In this study,through the statistics of the properties of traditional Chinese medicine,it was found that warm drugs were used most frequently,cold drugs and mild drugs ranked second and third,and cool drugs and hot drugs were obviously less used.Statistical analysis of drug taste showed that sweet,bitter and pungent drugs were commonly used,and the cumulative frequency reached 84.67%.The meridians were mainly drugs entered the liver,spleen,lungs and heart meridians.6.In this study,8 groups of drug pairs were obtained by cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs.Osdraconis-Ostreae concha was the most frequent drug pair,followed by Trichosanthi s fructus-Allii macrostemonis bulbus.5 groups of clustering prescriptions were obtained,which mainly had the effects of nourishing yin and calming mind,warming chest yang,activating blood circulation,and removing blood stasis,invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm.7.In this study,through the analysis of drug association rules,a total of 28 groups of commonly used drug combinations can be obtained.After the network visualization analysis,the drug association network diagram can be obtained.From the diagram,it can be concluded that the core prescription for treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease was Astragali radix-Atracty lodi s macrocephalae rhizomaPaeoniae radix alba-Pori a-Bupleuri radix-Chuanxiong rhizoma-Corydalis rhizoma-Osdraconis-Ostreae concha.Conclusion:1.In this study,the common TCM syndromes were qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.2.In this study,the traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of stable angina pectoris were mainly tonifying deficiency medicine,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,which were mainly warm and cold,the taste was mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,and the meridian was mainly into the liver,spleen,lung and heart meridian.3.In this study,the commonly used drug pairs for treating stable angina pectoris were Osdraconi s-Ostreae concha,Trichosanthi s fructus-Allii macrostemonis bulbus,Carthami flos-Persicae semen,Ophiopogonis radix-Schi sandrae chinensi s fructus,Bupleuri radix-Aurantii fructus,Citri reticulatae pericarpium-Atracty lodi s macrocephalae rhizoma,Lilii bulbus-Albiziae cortex,Sal viae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma-Chuanxiong rhizoma.4.In this study,the core prescription for the treatment of stable angina pectoris was Astragali radix-Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma-Paeoniae radix alba-Poria-Bupleuri radix-Chuanxiong rhizoma-Corydalis rhizoma-OsdraconisOstreae concha. |
