| Objective：The main symptoms of patients with angina pectoris, signs conductresearch and summarize the main features of the syndrome.Materials and methods:In the five multi-center hospital diagnosed with anginapatients collected, collecting four diagnostic information, applications, Microsoft Exceland SPSS17.0statistical software for530cases of coronary heart disease in patientswith frequency statistics and cluster analysis, obtained for each class performance inpatients with major syndromes, reference to the relevant standard dialectical analysisof the results of TCM. Chest tightness (95.09%), fatigue (95.09%), chest pain (79.06%), thin coating onthe tongue (79.06%), less gas lazy words (69.06%), tongue coating color white(63.21%), purple sublingual collaterals (59.06%), insomnia (58.30%), dizziness(58.11%), fine veins (55.47%), and head stuck weight (54.15%), heavy vein (53.58%),palpitation (46.60%), complexion ShaoHua (45.66%), voice low (42.08%), the530patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris of the most common signs andsymptoms.2.Syndromes frequency distribution of blood stasis is the most common, followed byphlegm and blood stasis, Qi and blood stasis, Qi, phlegm resistance, deficiency andblood stasis, blood stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis, phlegm qi, yang and bloodstasis.3.530cases of coronary heart disease mainly characterized syndromes can bebroadly summarized as phlegm and blood stasis, phlegm, Qi and blood stasis thesethree types, of which the proportion of Qi and Blood type is relatively large, followedby phlegm, Qi and blood stasis. Syndromes were associated with Qi deficiency,phlegm, blood stasis,rdeficiency of yin,elated to cluster analysis, although thefrequency with syndromes slightly different statistical results, but its main syndromesof the same type. Conclusion: Qi deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis, deficiency of yin may be a majorcoronary heart disease syndrome characteristics. |
