Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Lower Limb Fumigation Powder Combined With Danggui Jixueteng Decoction In The Treatment Of Heel Pain (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of lower limbs fumigated and washed combined with addition of Angelica Chicken Blood Vine Soup plus reduction in the treatment of painful heel syndrome(Qi stagnation and blood stasis evidence).Methods: Sixty patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis evidence of painful heel syndrome were divided into treatment and control groups according to the principle of complete randomization,using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Erecoxib tablets and Furtalin,and the treatment group was treated with lower limbs fumigated and washed combined with Angelica Chicken Blood Vine Soup with addition and subtraction,and both groups were treated for 14 days.The VAS pain visual analog score and Maryland foot function score were compared between the 2 groups before treatment,after 7 days of treatment,and after 14 days of treatment,and their efficiency and recurrence rates were evaluated.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of the control group 80.00%(24/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The recurrence rate of 20 % in the treatment group was lower than that of 26.67 % in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05)when comparing the VAS pain visual analogue scores of the 2 groups before and after treatment,statistically significant(P< 0.05)when comparing between groups after 7 days of treatment,and not statistically significant(P > 0.05)when comparing between groups after 14 days of treatment.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05)when comparing the Maryland foot function scores of the 2 groups before and after treatment within the group and between the groups after treatment.Conclusion: The combination of Angelica Chicken Blood Vine Soup plus reduction with lower limbs fumigated and washed can effectively treat painful heel syndrome with Qi stagnation and blood stasis,reduce the patient’s pain and improve the patient’s foot function with good safety and low recurrence rate,and has good clinical application prospects.
