| ObjectiveBy observing the different clinical efficacy of conventional oral drugs plus fumigation washing therapy with joint swelling and pain San and conventional oral drugs alone in the treatment of heel pain syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,To explore the mechanism of fumigation washing therapy with joint swelling and pain San in the treatment of congestion-blocked heel pain,going in guest of a more effective,safe,convient and cheap approach for conservative treatment of heel pain syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis type and to promote and utilize it in clinical treatment in the future.Methods60 outpatients diagnosed as having Painful heel syndrome with qi stagnation and blood stasisin who voluntarily participated in the study from orthopedics department of our hospital,they were screened according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria according to single blind method.and simple random method,30 cases were divided into treatment group(theatment of conventional oral drugs plus fumigation washing therapy with joint swelling and pain San)and control group(theatment of conventional oral drugs),respectively.After two weeks of treatment,VAS score,Maryland scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,curative effect of TCM symptoms of the two groups were compared after treatment,Statistical analysis was carried out on these index of observation to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.ResultsThe difference between the two groups in VAS scores、foot functional Maryland scores and the general date such as general date of age,sex course of disease and cause of disease was no statistically significant which through statistical analysis before treatment(P>0.05).After the whole treatment,VAS scores of two groups decreased,foot functional Maryland scores increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting that the treatment of two groups can alleviate pain,alleviate clinical symptoms,improve daily foot functional activities.Inter-group comparison:VAS scores was compared between the two groups after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).It can be concluded that the improvement of pain in the treatment group is obviously better than that in the control group.After treatment,fuctiongal foot Maryland score between the two groups was compared according to the statistical analysis,showing that the treatment group is higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting that the treatment method of the experimental group is better than that of the control group for the improvement of foot function.after the whole experimental process was finished,the curative effect was evaluated according to the criteria of diagnostic efficacy of TCM syndromes.for the treatment group,the number of patient cured were 13,markedly effective were 12,effective were 3 and 2 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.37%.for the control group,the number of patient cured were 7,markedly effective were 9,effective were 10 and 4 case was ineffective,the over effective rate was 86.67%.Obviously,the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant according to statistical analysis(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients during the whole study.ConclusionBoth treatment of Conventional oral drugs combined with fumigation washing with joint swelling and pain San and Conventional oral drugs alone for heel pain syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis type have good therapeutic effect,but treatment of Conventional oral drugs combined with fumigation washing of joint swelling and pain San can better improve pain and foot function of patients and has better clinical curative effect.At the same time,Fumigation therapy with joint swelling and pain San is convenient,cheap,has no significant side effects and the mechanism of this treatment is clear,so worthy of clinical popularization. |
