OBJECTIVE:Through theoretical inheritance research and data mining research,analyze and summarize the academic ideas and prescription medication patterns of Academician Wang Qi and Professor Ni Cheng in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic eczema,so as to verify the repeatability of the experience inheritance of renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioners,provide a reference model for studying the theoretical inheritance of renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioners,and provide more comprehensive ideas for the prevention and treatment of chronic eczema.METHODS:1.Academician Wang Qi and Professor Ni Cheng’s Theoretical Inheritance Study on the Treatment of Chronic Eczema through Differentiation of Body and DiseaseBy conducting an interview with Professor Ni Cheng himself,combined with outpatient teacher learning and relevant literature materials,this study summarizes the academic ideas and clinical experience of Academician Wang Qi and Professor Ni Cheng in treating chronic eczema,and delves into the theoretical inheritance characteristics of Professor Ni Cheng’s diagnosis and treatment of chronic eczema.2.Academician Wang Qi and Professor Ni Cheng’s Data Mining Study on the Treatment of Chronic Eczema through Differentiation of Body and DiseaseCollect medical records of Academician Wang Qi’s outpatient treatment of chronic eczema from January 2010 to December 2022,including 113 medical records and a total of 168 visits;Collect medical records of Professor Ni Cheng’s outpatient treatment of chronic eczema from June 2010 to February 2023,including 109 medical records and a total of 195 visits.Using Excel spreadsheets to convert paper-based medical record data into electronic versions,and standardizing the processing of data on traditional Chinese medicine constitution,diseases,symptoms,drugs,etc.in the outpatient medical records of Academician Wang Qi and Professor Ni Cheng,inputting them into the "Clinical Collection System" of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5),establishing corresponding databases,and using data mining methods such as platform frequency analysis,association rules,and complex system entropy clustering,Analyze the prescription medication patterns of Academician Wang Qi and Professor Ni Cheng in the treatment of chronic eczema,and further explore the academic heritage of Professor Ni Cheng in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic eczema.RESUITS:1.In terms of pathogenesis,Professor Ni Cheng inherited Academician Wang Qi’s understanding of the correlation between eczema onset and constitution.Allergic constitution and damp heat constitution are the susceptible types of eczema constitution.On the basis of the pathogenesis,Academician Wang Qi believes that the mechanism of eczema is related to moist heat blocking the skin,and Professor Ni Cheng further recognized the view that "moist heat can also directly enter the blood",and summarized the pathogenesis of eczema as "moist heat toxic stasis internal blood content";In terms of therapeutics,Academician Wang Qi and Professor Ni Cheng both adopt a diagnosis and treatment model that combines body and disease differentiation.Academician Wang Qi uses "clearing heat,promoting dampness,and cooling blood" as the treatment method.Professor Ni Cheng summarizes the treatment method as"clearing dampness and heat toxins,cooling blood and dispersing stasis in parallel",and at the same time pays attention to the identification of wet poison,heat poison,blood stasis and stasis,focusing on the elimination of wet poison in the treatment of wet poison,focusing on clearing heat and detoxification,cooling blood and penetrating evil in the treatment of hot poison,focusing on clearing heat and cold blood for those with heavy blood heat,and focusing on cooling blood and dispersing stasis in the treatment of those with heavy blood stasis;Professor Ni Cheng also attaches importance to the use of symptomatic medicine and menstrual induction medicine.2.Through the analysis of the constitution types of a total of 222 patients in the outpatient medical case of Academician Wang Qi and Professor Ni Cheng,it was found that there were 127 cases of allergic constitution,24 cases of humid heat constitution,and 23 cases of allergic and humid hot constitution.By analyzing the body discrimination medication of Academician Wang Qi and Professor Ni Cheng,it was found that the common drugs used by Academician Wang Qi to regulate allergic constitution were Wumei,cicada molt,Ganoderma lucidum,Shou Wuteng,and windproof,and the drugs commonly used by Professor Ni Cheng to regulate allergic constitution were cicada molt,Wumei,Shou Wuteng,Ganoderma lucidum,comfrey and madder.The commonly used drugs used by Academician Wang Qi to regulate humid heat constitution are purslane,honeysuckle,skullcap,yellow cypress,gardenia,Yin Chen,and Professor Ni Cheng’s commonly used drugs for regulating humid and hot constitution are talc,Yin Chen,scutellaria baicalensis,yellow cypress and gardenia.By using the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform" and analyzing the prescription medication of Academician Wang Qi and Professor Ni Cheng in the treatment of chronic eczema,it was found that the commonly used drugs used by Academician Wang Qi in the treatment of chronic eczema are red bean,mulberry white bark,forsythia suspensa,ephedra,purple grass,sophora flavescens,white fresh skin,Angelica sinensis,purslane,earth Poria cocos,peony bark,indigo naturalis,white thatch root,coix seed,Paris polyphylla,etc.The drug properties are mainly cold,and the drug flavors are mainly bitter,sweet,and spicy,The main meridians are the liver,lung,heart,and stomach meridians.Professor Ni Cheng’s commonly used drugs for treating chronic eczema include talcum,peony bark,purple grass,Artemisia,sophora flavescens,scutellaria baicalensis,cicada slough,ephedra,coptis chinensis,scorpion,duckweed,madder,forsythia suspensa,black ginseng,angelica sinensis,and purple clover.The drug properties are mainly cold and calm,and the taste is mainly bitter,sweet,and spicy.The meridians are mainly liver,stomach,lung,and heart meridians.An association rule analysis was conducted on the prescription of Academician Wang Qi for treating chronic eczema,with a support score of 15 and a confidence level of 0.8.It was found that Sangbai and Chixiaodou were effective;Forsythia suspensa and red bean;Forsythia suspensa and Morus alba;Forsythia suspensa,mulberry white bark,and red bean;Ephedra and Morus alba;The association degree of combinations such as ephedra and red bean is relatively high;By using the entropy clustering analysis method,the correlation degree was set to 8 and the punishment degree was set to 2,and it was found that the soil poria cocos_Bi Xie_Coix seed,Atractylodes macrocephala_Huangbai_Plantago seed and purslane_Indigo naturalis_Siegesbeckia herb and purple grass_Forsythia suspensa_Ephedra sinica_Peony skin,purple grass_Red bean_Ephedra sinica_Combination of peony skin and other drugs,new formula combination of Tufu Ling_Bi Xie_Coix seed_Lonicera japonica vine_Achyranthes bidentata and Atractylodes macrocephala_Huangbai_Plantago seed_Huanglian,Portulaca oleracea_Indigo naturalis_Siegesbeckia herb_Fist Ginseng_Baimao root,etc.An association rule analysis was conducted on Professor Ni Cheng ’s prescription for treating chronic eczema,with a support level of 29 and a confidence level of 0.8.It was found that the commonly used combinations were talcum and peony bark;Talc and Artemisia;Talc,cicada molting;Peony skin,cicada molting;Huanglian,peony skin;Peony skin,ephedra;Talcum,licorice;Talc and ephedra;Talc,Scorpion;Peony bark,licorice;Combination of Huangqin,Zicao,etc;Through entropy clustering analysis,a correlation degree of 8 and a penalty degree of 2 were set,and it was found that the potential drug combination was purple flower as the top priority_Winter melon skin_Honeysuckle vine,purple grass_Duckweed_Ephedra and Rehmannia glutinosa_Angelica sinensis_Gentiana and Almond_Yinchen_Purple flower and glutinous rice,combined with the new square to form Chonglou_Wnter melon skin_Lonicera japonica vine_Huangbai_Coix seed,purple grass_Duckweed_Ephedra sinica_Scutellaria baicalensis_Huanglian,raw Rehmannia glutinosa_Angelica sinensis_Gentian grass_Winter melon skin_Atractylodes macrocephala_Coix seed,almond_Yinchen_Viola glutinosa_Astragalus membranaceus et al.By analyzing the symptoms in the medical records,it was found that itching,papules,desquamation,dry skin,scratching and running water,chapping,and pigmentation were the most common skin lesions in patients with eczema in this study,which were consistent with the clinical manifestations of chronic eczema.The skin lesions are widely distributed,with the most common being in the lower limbs and around the body;The most common colors of skin lesions are red,dark red,and bright red.CONCLUSIONS:1.By analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of the theoretical inheritance of Professor Ni Cheng and Academician Wang Qi on the treatment of chronic eczema,it is、explained that the ideas and experiences of famous and old Chinese medicine are both inheritable,repeatable and innovative.2.Through further comparative analysis of the prescription medication rules of Academician Wang Qi and Professor Ni Cheng in the treatment of chronic eczema,it is found that Professor Ni Cheng has made new explorations in the formulation of drugs on the basis of inheriting the ideas and experience of Academician Wang Qi in the treatment of chronic eczema,which is helps to provide ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic eczema.
