Objective:1.This paper summarizes the inheritance characteristics of Professor Ni Cheng and Academician Wang Qi in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,and analyzes the inheritability,continuity and repeatability of clinical experience and academic thought of famous TCM doctors,so as to realize the inheritance and innovation of clinical experience and academic thought of famous TCM doctors.2.Systematic analysis of Professor Ni Cheng’s out-patient treatment of chronic prostatitis medical records,to explore Professor Ni Cheng’s academic heritage of the treatment of chronic prostatitis based on body differentiation and disease differentiation and the rule of prescription medication,and to update the thinking of prescription and medication of chronic prostatitis,which is helpful to further improve the clinical efficacy of chronic prostatitisMethods:1.Research on the theoretical inheritance of Professor Ni Cheng’s differentiation of body and disease in the treatment of chronic prostatitisThrough the methods of literature review and induction,learning from teachers’ clinic,listening to teachers’ lectures in the physical fitness center,this paper summarizes the clinical experience and academic thinking of Academician Wang Qi in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,and based on this,it deeply explores the inheritance characteristics of Professor Ni Cheng and Academician Wang Qi in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.2.Data mining research on Professor Ni Cheng’s treatment of chronic prostatitisFrom June 2008 to December 2019.160 cases of chronic prostatitis in the outpatient department of national medical Hall of Professor Ni Cheng were collected.A total of 492 cases were diagnosed.After standardized treatment of medical record data,the new data entry platform was established,and the database of chronic prostatitis symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine was established,and the data were processed by the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance.Through the extraction,statistics and analysis of symptoms,prescriptions and medication information in medical records,and using data mining methods such as frequency,association rules and complex system entropy clustering,this paper explores Professor Ni Cheng’s prescription and medication rules and academic inheritance in the treatment of chronic prostatitis by differentiation of body and disease.Results:1.Inheritance of Professor Ni Cheng’s theory of treating chronic prostatitis by differentiation of body and diseaseIn etiology,Academician Wang Qi thought that physical factors were involved in the pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis.According to the theory of liver Yin organ,Professor Ni Cheng thinks that Jingqiao is related to liver meridian.On the understanding of pathogenesis,Academician Wang Qi put forward three theories of pathogenesis(heat toxin accumulation conclusion,Blood Stasis Theory and stasis turbid stagnation theory).On the basis of inheriting the clinical experience and academic thought of Academician Wang Qi,Professor Ni Cheng thinks that dampness heat and blood stasis block essence and orifices throughout the whole process of chronic prostatitis.Professor Wang Qi’s treatment of chronic prostatitis included differentiation of symptoms and treatment of prostatitis.Professor Ni Cheng inherited Professor Wang Qi’s theory that the three main syndromes of chronic prostatitis are the main prescriptions of the disease.He attached importance to the theory of Jingqiao and liver meridian,and added Yinchenhao Decoction to the liver meridian,which can clear away heat and dampness,remove blood stasis and remove turbidity.This method runs through the process of treatment of the three syndromes of chronic prostatitis.2.Data mining of Professor Ni Cheng’s treatment of chronic prostatitis by differentiation of body and diseaseIn the data mining research of Professor Ni Cheng’s differentiation of body and disease in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,through the identification of the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine,it is found that in the statistical analysis of the frequency of constitution types,176 cases of simple damp heat constitution,98 cases of blood stasis constitution and 115 cases of combined constitution(damp heat constitution and blood stasis constitution).According to the analysis of the frequency of constitution drug use,the damp heat constitution mostly uses wormwood,talcum,Scutellaria and Coptis;the blood stasis constitution mostly uses peach kernel and safflower;and the combination constitution mostly uses peach kernel.wormwood and safflower;based on the association rule constitution drug use analysis,the blood stasis constitution core tonic drugs peach kernel and safflower,the damp heat constitution core tonic drugs wormwood and talcum,and the combination constitution mostly uses peach kernel-safflower and peach kernel-Herba Artemisiae.According to the statistics of the frequency of UTIs,the drugs used≥100 times were black medicine,phellodendron,raw Typhae,wormwood,fried gardenia,raw liquorice,cooked rhubarb,angelica,Sophora flavescens,Ramulus Cinnamomi,peach kernel,Fritillaria thunbergii,paeony,cinnamon,verbena and Kawakami.According to the statistics of the frequency of pelvic pain syndrome,the drugs used more than 100 times were black medicine,phellodendron,ripe rhubarb,raw Puhuang,peach kernel,angelica and raw licorice.Based on the association rules,the urinary tract irritation syndrome was analyzed,with a support of 124 and a confidence of 0.8.The high-frequency drug combinations included Phellodendron amurense-traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese Medicine-crude Typhae,Phellodendron amurense-crude Typhae,Phellodendron amurense-Yinchen-traditional Chinese medicine.Yinchen-fried gardenia,etc.The drug rules with high correlation degree are phellodendron,peach kernel->ripe rhubarb,peach kernel,black medicine->ripe rhubarb,phellodendron,raw Typhae,fried gardenias->Yinchen,phellodendron,black medicine,raw Typhae,fried gardenias->Yinchen,peach kernel->ripe rhubarb,raw Typhae,fried Gardenias->Yinchen,etc.;the core drugs for the treatment of urinary tract irritation syndrome are phellodendron,black medicine,raw Typhae,Yinchen,fried gardenias,cooked rhubarb,Dang GUI,Fritillaria thunbergii,Sophora flavescens,white peony,raw licorice,peach kernel,Cinnamon Twig.Based on the association rules,the pelvic pain syndrome was analyzed,with the support degree of 146 and the confidence degree of 0.8.The high-frequency drug combinations included Phellodendron amurense-traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese Medicine-raw Puhuang,peach kernel-cooked rhubarb,Phellodendron-raw Puhuang,Phellodendron-traditional Chinese Medicine-raw Puhuang,mature Rhubarb-traditional Chinese medicine,Phellodendron-Yinchen and so on.The drug rules with high association degree were fried Gardeniae->Yinchen,Yinchen,traditional Chinese Medicine->phellodendron,phellodendron,raw Puhuang Huang->black medicine,Yinchen->Huangbai,Huangbai,Yinchen->black medicine,peach kernel,black medicine->ripe rhubarb,etc.The core drugs for the treatment of pelvic pain syndrome are phellodendron,black herbs,raw Puhuang,peach kernel,cooked rhubarb,wormwood,fried gardenia and angelica.Based on the entropy clustering method,the prescription rules of urinary tract irritation syndrome were analyzed,and the strong correlation drugs were found out,including wormwood madder,wormwood dodder,Polygonum cuspidatum fried gardenia,angelica wangbuliuhang,Sophora flavescens Rubia,etc.;the core drug combinations were Verbena Rubia Leonurus,Poria peony skin huainiuxi,Chuanbi Yinchen sophora fried gardenia,etc.;the new drug combinations were Poria peony skin,etc-Huainiuxi-Alisma-yam,Chuangyu-Yinchen-Sophora flavescens-fried Gardenia-Cuscuta-Polygonum cuspidatum,Yinchen-Angelica-Sophora flavescens-fried Gardenia-Fritillaria thunbergii-Cuscuta-Polygonum cuspidatum,etc.Based on the entropy clustering method,the prescription rules of pelvic pain syndrome were analyzed,and the strong correlation drugs were found,such as smallpox yanhusuo,angelica safflower,angelica Polygonum cuspidatum,etc.;the core drug combinations were Fructus aurantii Chuanxiong Chishao,Fritillaria thunbergii,etc_Sophora flavescens-fried gardenia,peach-cassia twig-cooked rhubarb,peach-Polygonum cuspidatum-cooked rhubarb,etc.;the new drug combination includes Fructus aurantii-Chuanxiong-Red Peony-Gansong,Fritillaria thunbergii-Sophora flavescens-fried Gardenia cuscutae-Chuanbi-Polygonum cuspidatum-Rubiaceae,peach-cassia twig-cooked Rhubarb-myrrh-toosendang-yanhusuo,etc.According to the statistics of the symptoms in the medical records,the more frequent ones are dark red tongue,endless urine,frequent urination,pain of perineum distention,pain of small abdomen falling down,wet scrotum,teeth mark tongue,dark purple tongue,etc.After analyzing the symptoms based on the association rules,the support degree is set to 60,and the confidence degree is set to 0.6.The symptoms with higher association degree are urgency,dark red tongue->frequency of urination,endless urination,urgency of urination->frequency of urination,frequency of urination,pain of perineum,tooth mark tongue->dark red tongue,tooth mark tongue->dark red tongue,frequency of urination->endless urination,etc.Based on the strong correlation analysis between single symptom and traditional Chinese medicine,it can be concluded that:endless urination,frequent urination,abdominal pain,wet scrotum,urgency of urination,furcation of urination,heat of urination,weakness of urination,more urination at night,urination pain,waiting for urination,fatigue,dry mouth,backache,loose stool,interruption of urination,more Phellodendron amurense,traditional Chinese medicine,raw pollen Typhae and wormwood;more Phellodendron amurense,traditional Chinese medicine,peach kernel and mature rhubarb for perineum distention,testicular pain;Urine drips white,chills,waist acid,diarrhea uses more phellodendron,wormwood,fried gardenia,black medicine;The yellow and red urine,insomnia,hot scrotal fluid are mainly used by Phellodendron amurense,aconite and Herba Artemisiae;the stool is sticky,impatient and irritable,the head is oily,sweaty and dreamy are mostly used by Phellodendron amurense,Herba Typhae,Herba Artemisiae Artemisiae and Herba Artemisiae.There is a strong correlation between symptom combination and traditional Chinese medicine.The results are as follows:frequency of urination-endless urination,frequency of urination-urgency of urination,frequency of urination-pain of falling abdomen,pain of falling abdomen-damp scrotum,frequency of urination-pain of swelling perineum and so on.The symptom combination of endless frequency urgency symptoms mostly uses phellodendron,black herbs,wormwood and raw Typhae;the combination of tumbling pain in the abdomen and swelling pain in the perineum mostly uses phellodendron,black herbs,peach kernel and cooked RhubarbThrough the above data mining of clinical medical records of Professor Ni Cheng in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,it is found that Professor Ni Cheng often uses Cortex Phellodendri,Radix Aconiti,Herba Typhae,Herba Artemisiae,fried Gardenia jasminoides,mature rhubarb,angelica,Fritillaria thunbergii,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,semen cinnamomi cinnamomi in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic prostatitis urinary tract irritation syndrome Pollen Typhae,peach kernel,ripe rhubarb,Artemisia capillaris,fried Gardenia jasminoides,Angelica sinensis.It can be seen that Professor Ni Cheng inherited Professor Wang Qi’s use of the main prescriptions for the three main syndromes of chronic prostatitis,and added the modified Yinchenhao Decoction throughout the syndrome group.Because Yinchenhao Decoction mainly enters the liver meridian and reaches the essence orifice,it can clear away heat and dampness,remove blood stasis and remove turbidity,which can be used to treat the main pathogenesis of dampness heat and stasis blocking the essence and orifices.At the same time,Professor Ni Cheng inherited Professor Wang Qi’s treatment of chronic prostatitis based on differentiation of body and disease.When the disease occurs,the treatment is combined with the differentiation of body and the treatment is mainly based on differentiation of body.Conclusion:1.This paper summarized and analyzed the inheritance characteristics of the pathogenesis,pathogenesis,prevention and treatment of chronic prostatitis between Professor Ni Cheng and Academician Wang Qi,and explained the inheritance,continuity and repeatability of clinical experience and academic thought of famous TCM doctors2.Based on the data mining of clinical medical records of Professor Ni Cheng in treating chronic prostatitis,it is found that Professor Ni Cheng has innovated the thinking of prescription medication for chronic prostatitis on the basis of inheriting Academician Wang Qi’s academic experience in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,which is helpful to further improve the clinical efficacy of chronic prostatitis.
