Based On Data Mining To Explore The Prescription And Medication Rules Of Professor Bai Guang In The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objective:With the help of data mining,the medication rules and core experiences of professor Bai Guang in treat gastro-esophageal reflux disease can be found,which will be conducive to academic inheritance and hopful to provide new thoughts for clinical research on GERD.Material and method:A total of 139 patients with gastro-esophageal reflux disease which symptoms are relieved by treatment were enrolled in the Outpatient Department of the National Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 and April 2020 to August 2020.Enter the patient’s information such as name,date,gender,age,symptoms,diagnosis and prescriptions into a database of Microsoft Office Excel 2010,standardize the processing data,using the “Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)”software and "Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform" software to carry on the date mining,then analysis.Results:1.Among 139 patients,the ratio of male to female is1:1.56;the age of patients is concentrated in 50 — 69 years;NERD is the most common type;acid emesis is the most common TCM diagnosis;except acid reflux and heartburn,the most frequent symptoms were Epigastric fullness and chest distress(52.52%)and belching(46.04%);red tongue,thin and white moss,string veins are the main tongue coating and pulse.2.A total of 111 kinds of herbs were used,the frequency of use was 2,103 times.Classified by efficacy,the top five most used are qi regulating drug(265 times),heat-clearing drug(226 times),diuresis and dampness-seeping drug(185 times),nourish drug drug(184 times),relieving exterior disorder drug(163 times).According to the four properties of herb,the frequency of warm and cold nature were more frequent,five flavours are bitter and pungent,channel tropism mostly stomach and spleen.3.Through the analysis of drug combination rules,the core empirical prescriptions for the treatment of GERD were obtained as follows: radix aucklandiae,amomum villosum,poria cocos,coptis chinensis,orange peel,ginger pinellia,fried atractylodes,fritillaria thunbergii,cuttlebone,perilla stem,aurantii fructus.4.Through hierarchical cluster analysis,16 groups of 3-4 flavors of core drug combinations were extracted,and 8 innovative prescriptions for the treatment of GERD were found,respectively:prescription1:fritillaria thunbergii,cuttlebone,areca catechu,acorus tatarinowii,trichosanthes kirilowii;prescription2:inula flowers,scutellaria baicalensis,raddle,astragalus; prescription3:rhizoma pinellinae praeparata,entada phaseoloides,coptis chinensis,oldenlandia;prescription4:bupleurum,radix curcumae,cyperus rotundus,concha Arcae,oldenlandia;prescription5: immature bitter orange,aurantii fructus,entada phaseoloides,peach seed,perilla fruit;prescription6: paeonia lactiflora pall,liquorice,astragalus,clematis root,honey-fried licorice root;prescription7: amomum villosum,bletilla striata,ginger pinellia,radix aucklandiae;prescription8: coix seed,cuttlebone,white hyacinth bean,trichosanthes kirilowii.Conclusion:The results of this study truly reflect the diagnosis and treatment ideas and medication rules of Professor Bai Guang,in the treatment of GERD.1.Professor Bai Guang believes that the basic pathogenesis of GERD is the disharmony of Qi in the spleen and stomach and the imbalance of imbalance of rise and fall,so regulating qi and restoring the function of spleen and stomach is the basic principle of treatment.At the same time take into account the adjustment of other organs,restore the body’s own balance of Yin and Yang,and pay attention to the psychological counseling of patients.2.The herbs that Professor mainly used are qi regulating,and also use the way of clearing away heat,removing dampness,soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen.Most of the prescriptions are relatively mild,use bitter and pungent flavours together.3.Professor’s core empirical prescriptions for the treatment of GERD were obtained as follows:radix aucklandiae,amomum villosum,poria cocos,coptis chinensis,orange peel,ginger pinellia,fried atractylodes,fritillaria thunbergii,cuttlebone,perilla stem,aurantii fructus.4.This study yielded 8 innovative prescriptions,it provide new thoughts for clinical research on GERD.
