ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of bee needle patch combined with milliacupuncture and milliacupuncture in the treatment of migraine with stasis obstructing the brain collateral. To compare the efficacy of bee needle patch combined milliacupuncture and milliacupuncture in the treatment of migraine with stasis obstructing the brain collateral.MethodsIn this study,a total of 88 eligible subjects with migraine with stasis obstructing the brain collateral were included and divided into 44 cases in the experimental group and 44 cases in the control group according to the random number table method. The experimental group was given bee needle patch combined with milliacupuncture treatment, and the bee needle patch point was applied to the acupoints:Waiguan Point,Zulinqi Point,Hegu Point,Xuehai Point, and Sanyinjiao Point,Week 1-2:Take one side of the above acupoints, one patch per acupoint, and alternately carry out left and right,Week 3-4:take both sides of the above acupoints, one patch per acupoint, apply for 4 hours, once every other day,3 times a week;Milliacupuncture points:bilateral Sizhukong,Shuaigu,Taiyang,Fengchi,Hegu,Taichong,Geshu,Xuehai,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao, needling every 10 minutes, needle retention for 30 minutes, once every other day,3 times a week.2 weeks is 1 course of treatment,a total of 2 courses. The control group was treated with milliacupuncture, and the acupuncture and operation methods of application and acupuncture were the same as those of the experimental group. The headache scores,TCM syndrome scores, migraine specific quality of life scale(MSQ),visual analog scale(VAS)and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups before,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.Results1.Baseline data:The actual number of completed cases in this study was 81,41 cases in the experimental group and 40 cases in the control group. There were no significant differences in age, sex, course of disease, headache degree, headache score,TCM syndrome score,VAS and MSQ score between the first two groups(P>0.05).2.Headache score:Compared with before treatment, the score and total score of headache symptoms in the two groups decreased significantly after 4 weeks of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the score reduction in the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the experimental group was better than the control group in the improvement rate of various headache symptoms and total headache score. It was suggested that the bee needle patch combined with milliacupuncture method had a significant effect in improving the symptoms of migraine with stasis obstructing the brain collateral, which was better than that of milliacupuncture.Compared with 4 weeks of treatment, there was no significant change in the scores and total scores of headache symptoms between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).It suggested that after 4 weeks of treatment discontinuation, the two groups of subjects with migraine with stasis obstructing the brain collateral did not have obvious recurrence in terms of headache number, duration, headache degree, and accompanying symptoms, and both treatment regimens performed well in improving headache symptoms and maintaining curative effects3.TCM syndrome scores:Compared with before treatment, the scores and total scores of TCM syndrome in the two groups decreased significantly after 4 weeks of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the score reduction in the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the experimental group was better than the control group in the improvement rate of various TCM symptoms and the total score of symptoms. It was suggested that the bee needle patch combined with milliacupuncture had a significant effect on improving the TCM symptoms of migraine with stasis obstructing the brain collateral, and was better than milliacupuncture.Compared with 4 weeks of treatment, there was no significant change in the scores and total scores of headache symptoms between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).It suggested that 4 weeks after the treatment was stopped, the two groups of subjects with migraine with stasis obstructing the brain collateral did not have obvious recurrence in TCM symptoms, and both treatment regimens performed well in improving headache TCM symptoms and maintaining curative effects.4.VAS and MSQ scores:Compared with before treatment, the VAS and MSQ scores of the two groups decreased significantly after 4 weeks of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the score reduction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).It was suggested that the bee needle patch combined with milliacupuncture was superior to milliacupuncture in reducing headache and improving the quality of life of participants.Compared with 4 weeks of treatment, there was no significant change in VAS and MSQ scores between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).It was suggested that the two groups performed well in alleviating pain and improving quality of life and duration of efficacy in subjects with migraine with stasis obstructing the brain.5.Clinical efficacy:After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.68%,including 25 cases of obvious effect,13 cases of effective and 3 cases of ineffectiveness; The total effective rate of the control group was 85%,including 14 cases of effective effect,21 cases of effective and 5 cases of ineffectiveness. The nonparametric test yielded:P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the clinical efficacy of the bee needle patch combined with milliacupuncture in the treatment of migraine with stasis obstructing the brain collateral was significantly better than that of milliacupuncture. After 8 weeks of treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 90.24%,and the control group was 75.00%,and the comparison between the two groups was(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that the efficacy duration of bee needle patch combined with milliacupuncture in the treatment of migraine with stasis obstructing the brain collateral was significantly better than that of milliacupuncture.6.Efficacy of TCM symptoms:After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.12%,including 8 cases of clinical cure,15 cases of obvious effect,16 cases of effective and 2 cases of ineffectiveness; The total effective rate of the control group was 82.50%,including 3 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,20 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective, and the difference was statistically significant by nonparametric tests:P<0.05,which showed that the efficacy of the bee needle patch combined with milliacupuncture in the treatment of migraine with stasis obstructing the brain collateral was significantly better than that of milliacupuncture. After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.24%,and the control group was 70.00%,and the comparison between the two groups was(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the duration of efficacy of bee needle patch combined with milliacupuncture in the treatment of migraine with stasis obstructing the brain collateral was significantly better than that of milliacupuncture.Conclusion1.Both treatments can effectively improve the headache attacks and TCM symptoms of migraine with stasis obstructing the brain collateral, reduce the degree of headache attack, and improve the quality of life of migraine subjects.2.Bee needle patch combined with milliacupuncture was more significant than milliacupuncture alone in reducing headache scores,TCM syndrome points,VAS and MSQ scores in patients with migraine with stasis obstructing the brain collateral.3.The clinical efficacy and TCM symptoms of the bee needle patch combined with milliacupuncture in the treatment of migraine with stasis obstructing the brain collateral were better than those of milliacupuncture. |
