Based On The Theory Of "Long-term Illness Into The Network" The Clinical Efficacy Of Using Yinao Juantong Decoction In The Treatment Of Migraine Of Stasis In Brain Was Observed

Objective:Based on the theory of "prolonged illness entering the collaterals",to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yinao Juantong Decoction in treating migraine of stasis in brain.Methods:Using a random number table,66 patients with migraine of stasis in brain were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 33 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oral Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule,while the experimental group was additionally treated with Yinao Juantong Decoction.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.Observe the changes in headache scores,TCM syndrome scores,VAS scores,and MSQOL scores of the two groups before and after treatment.The data obtained were statistically analyzed using statistical software SPSS 26.0.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,course of disease,occupational type,migraine type,headache score,VAS score,MSQOL score,and TCM syndrome score(P<0.05),which was comparable..2.VAS score: After treatment,intragroup comparison: VAS scores of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group(P<0.05);Inter group comparison:The improvement of VAS score in the test group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),with a statistically significant difference.3.Headache score: After treatment,intragroup comparison: The headache score and various symptom scores of patients in the two groups decreased compared to those before treatment in this group(P<0.05)Inter group comparison: The improvement degree of headache score and various symptom scores in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),with a statistically significant difference.4.TCM syndrome score: After treatment,intragroup comparison: The TCM syndrome score and various symptom scores of patients in the two groups decreased compared to those before treatment in this group(P<0.05).Inter group comparison: The improvement degree of TCM syndrome score and various symptom scores in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),with a statistically significant difference.5.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: after treatment,the effective rate of TCM syndromes was66.67%,90.32% in the control group and the test group,respectively,and the effective rate in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences.6.MSQOL scores: after treatment,intragroup comparison: both groups had higher MSQOL scores than before treatment in this group,(P<0.05);Comparison between groups:the test group showed better improvement on MSQOL scores than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.7.Clinical overall response rate: after treatment,the total response rates of the control group and the test group were 66.67%,87.10%,respectively,and the total response rate of the control group was lower than that of the test group(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences.8.Clinical recurrence rate: four weeks after the end of the course,the clinical recurrence rate was 50.0%,22.2% in the control group and the test group,respectively,and it was lower(P<0.05)in the test group than in the control group.9.Adverse reactions: during the course of treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in the test group,and two patients in the control group showed minor adverse reactions in the initial stage of medication,indicating that the treatment regimen of the test group was safe.Conclusions:1.Yinao Juantong Decoction combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules are certainly effective for the treatment of migraine of stasis in brain and are superior to Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules alone,which can definitively improve the migraine headache score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,VAS score,MSQOL score,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Yinao Juantong Decoction combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules in the treatment of migraine of stasis in brain showed no adverse effects and a high safety profile.3.The clinical recurrence rate of Yinao Juantong Decoction combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules four weeks after the end of the treatment period is lower than that of Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules alone,which indicates that the short-term clinical recurrence rate of Yinao Juantong Decoction combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules is low.
