Objective:This topic mainly studies the clinical efficacy of eye needle combined with puncture collaterals and bloodletting therapy in the treatment of migraine with blood stasis and blockage, and compares with simple eye needle therapy and puncture collaterals and bloodletting therapy in the treatment of migraine, analyzes the difference in efficacy, and provides a new method for the prevention and treatment of this disease.Materials and methods:From September 2021 to December 2022,a total of 90 migraine patients admitted to the outpatients and inpatients of the Department of Encephalopathy,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.Random number table method was used to divide the patients into eye acupuncture combined with collateral puncture and bloodletting treatment group(observation group),eye acupuncture control group(eye acupuncture group),and simple collateral puncture and bloodletting control group(bloodletting group),with subjects in each group. The observation group was treated with eye needle combined with collateral puncture and bloodletting treatment, five times a week with eye needle treatment and rest at weekends for 4weeks.Puncture and bloodletting treatment three times a week, once every other day, rest on weekends, continuous treatment for 4 weeks. The operation and treatment course of eye needle group and bloodletting group were the same as that of observation group.Visual analog Scale(VAS)score,TCM syndrome efficacy score and migraine symptom score were used to evaluate subjects before enrollment and after treatment. The data were sorted out and analyzed with SPSS 26.0 statistical software.Results:1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in age, course of disease and gender among the three groups(P>0.05),which could be further analyzed.2.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score,TCM syndrome score and migraine symptom score among the three groups(P>0.05),which could be compared.3.After treatment, comparison of VAS score,TCM symptom score and headache symptom score: there were significant differences between the observation group and the eye needle group and the bloodletting group before and after treatment(P<0.01),while there was no statistical significance between the eye needle group and the bloodletting group before and after treatment(P>0.05).4.After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was different from that of the eye needle group and the bloodletting group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 80.00% in the eye needle group and 80.00% in the bloodletting group, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Eye needle combined with puncture and collateral bloodletting therapy, eye needle therapy alone, and simple puncture and collateral bloodletting therapy all have certain effects on migraine patients. The clinical efficacy of eye needle combined with puncture and collateral bloodletting therapy is superior to eye needle group and puncture and collateral bloodletting group in improving headache degree, reducing headache duration, reducing headache attacks, reducing accompanying symptoms and other comprehensive integrals.2.The curative effect of eye needle combined with collateral stabbing and bloodletting on the main and secondary symptoms of migraine patients is more obvious than that of eye needle group and collateral stabbing and bloodletting group.3.The treatment of migraine with eye needle combined with puncture and bloodletting is significantly effective, superior to eye needle therapy and puncture and bloodletting therapy alone, and worthy of clinical promotion.
