This paper mainly explores the clinical application status of scar treatment,and makes clear that the main postoperative side effects of laser scar treatment currently include pigmentation,superficial scar,infection and pain.Among them,the most important cause of hyperpigmentation problems is the lack of clinical technology,and partly because of improper postoperative care.Infection and pain side effects can also lead to a deeper layer of superficial scar side effects.The root cause can be traced to improper postoperative nursing of patients without serious and strict protection and postoperative effect maintenance.The deep clinical study of scar found that the main problems still exist in laser scar treatment are too long treatment course and frequent postoperative sequelae.In addition,although the current use of laser treatment of scars has achieved relatively obvious results,most of them are applied to the healing of shallow scars,such as scars with relatively short time and low degree of damage.Defects,mainly the equipment level of the hardware condition is insufficient,followed by the patient’s own postoperative care consciousness still needs to be improved.Therefore,the improvement of laser scar treatment should improve the technical level,including the precision of clinical operation and hardware equipment of physicians.Secondly,institutions and hospitals also need to enhance the awareness of postoperative care.
