Objective The combination of simple CO2 lattice laser and CO2 lattice laser combined with ultrasound was used to treat hypertrophic scars, which was intended to compare the efficacy of the two treatments and to open up new avenues for the treatment of hypertrophic scars.Method Prospective study of September 2015 September 2017 hospital outpatient hypertrophic scar patients,a total of 48 cases. All selected patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,24 cases in each group. The control group: the target site treatment using CO2 lattice laser, the use of lattice laser energy of 30-300 m J / cm2,the time interval between 2-3 months;the experimental group: target site treatment using CO2 lattice laser combined with ultrasound, the use of lattice laser energy of 30-300 mj / cm2,ultrasound induction time more than 4 min,the time interval between 2-3 months. The two groups of patients every 2 to 3 months recorded 1,treatment for 3 times.A comprehensive evaluation was performed on the hypertrophic scars of the selected patients by reference to the Vancouver scar scale(VSS),and the photographs of the affected area before and after treatment were evaluated.Results(1)The etiology and site analysis of patients with scar showed that there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group and the scar site(P> 0.05).The next experiment was carried out.(2)The results showed that there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group(P> 0.05).Compared with the control group, the control group and the experimental group in the second and third. After treatment, the modified VSS score was significantly lower(P <0.05).Compared with the control group, the modified VSS score of the experimental group after second and third treatments was significantly lower(P <0.05),suggesting that the experimental group was affected by the control group.(3)The VSS score difference between the control group and the experimental group after each treatment was analyzed statistically. The results showed that the variance of the VSS score difference was not homogeneous after the first and second treatments. Therefore, the Dunnett T test showed that the difference of the experimental group was significantly(P <0.05).After the third treatment, the variance of VSS score difference was consistent with the homogeneous condition. After LSD test, the difference in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).The results of the above studies suggest that the effect of scar treatment in the experimental group is superior to that of the control group.(4)The results showed that the total chi-square was 9.321,P <0.05,suggesting that there was a statistically significant difference between the control group and the experimental group. The results showed that the total chi-square was evaluated by chi-square segmentation test. The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).(5)During the whole treatment period, the control group and the treatment group were not adverse reactions, before and after treatment in the laboratory examination did not occur blood, urine abnormalities, infection, etc.,while no heart, liver, kidney dysfunction. The patient did not have any other adverse reactions or pathological changes.Only 6 patients had redness after being treated with CO2 lattice laser treatment, but then subsided themselves. Conclusion In this study, two methods were used to treat hypertrophic scars by using CO2-lattice laser combined with ultrasound and the method of using CO2-lattice laser alone. The results showed that both methods had some therapeutic effect, but the combination of CO2 lattice laser and ultrasound the triamcinolone acetonide acetate in the treatment of hypertrophic scars is better, less adverse reactions, and high safety. |
