Clinical Effect Of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule On Primary Dysmenorrhea (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome) Based On Tongue Microcirculation Perfusio

Object:By comparing the changes of pain level and related symptoms of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in patients with primary dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis by comparing Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule with placebo,and observing the treatment of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule in primary dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome to explore the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule on the tongue microcirculation perfusion in patients with primary dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,in order to provide ideas and directions for the objective research of tongue diagnosis in TCM.Method:All subjects in this trial were 70 patients with primary dysmenorrhea with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome recruited through Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Liaoning Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Internet.All patients were randomly assigned to there were 35 cases in the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules,and the control group was treated with placebo.Start taking the medicine 2 weeks before the menstrual cramps,and take it for 2 consecutive weeks.One menstrual cycle is a course of treatment.In this trial,3 courses of treatment and 3 menstrual cycle follow-up should be completed.Before treatment,1 course of treatment,2 courses of treatment,3 courses of treatment,and 5 time points after the third follow-up,the patients’ VAS scores and COX dysmenorrhea symptom scale total scores were compared to analyze the change trend of the efficacy of capsules over time;the diagnostic scale of Qi stagnation and blood stasis and the average blood flow of tongue microcirculation were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules in the treatment of PD was analyzed and effects on tongue blood perfusion.Results:1.Group comparison of VAS scores and CMSS-related scores of patients before and after treatmentBefore and after treatment,the inter-subject effect test of the two groups was significant,and the VAS score,CMSS average pain severity score,and CMSS total pain attack time score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Intra-group comparison of VAS scores and CMSS-related scores of patients in each period before and after treatmentBefore treatment,1 course of treatment,2 courses of treatment,3 courses of treatment,and the end of the third follow-up,the measurement time effects of VAS score,CMSS average pain severity score,and CMSS total pain attack time score were significant in the two groups(P<0.01),indicating that there were significant differences in dysmenorrhea index variables at each time point.After pairwise comparison within the group,the dysmenorrhea-related scores of the treatment group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the control group did not change significantly;the two groups of patients The VAS score,the CMSS average pain severity score,and the CMSS total pain attack time score had a significant interaction effect with the group(P<0.01),indicating that the effect of the treatment group on dysmenorrhea-related scores would change with time.With the prolongation of the treatment time,the treatment group had the largest decrease,and its comprehensive curative effect became more and more significant.3.Comparison between groups of tongue microcirculation perfusion volume and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome scores after treatmentAfter 3 courses of treatment,the average blood flow of tongue microcirculation in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference in the score of stasis syndrome diagnosis scale(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the control group had no statistical significance in the above three aspects(P<0.05).4.Intra-group comparison of tongue microcirculation perfusion volume and Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome scores before and after treatmentAfter treatment,the average blood flow of tongue microcirculation in the treatment group increased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P <0.01);the control group had no significant change compared with before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule can significantly improve the subjective symptoms of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,effectively reduce their VAS,CMSS and other related pain scores,and shorten the duration of pain;2.The time effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is significant.With the increase of the course of treatment,its efficacy in improving the pain-related scores and pain duration of dysmenorrhea patients is also more significant;3.Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule can significantly improve the TCM symptoms related to Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and has obvious curative effect on the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome;4.Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule can significantly increase the tongue microcirculation perfusion in patients with primary dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,enrich the blood supply of the tongue,and indirectly improve the patient’s hemorheology.
