Purpose:Through the comparative study with acupuncture combined with SDS,to observe the curative effect of Fu’s subcutaneous needling combined with SDS on lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis and qi stagnation type),so as to provide clinical basis for Fu’s subcutaneous needling combined with SDS in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis and qi stagnation type).Material and method: The 62 patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into Fu’s subcutaneous needling group and acupuncture group with 31 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with the same basic treatment.SDS treatment was once a day, five times a week for 2 weeks and followed up for 1 month. The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture once every other day for 2 weeks on the basis of basic treatment;Fu’s subcutaneous needling group was treated with Fu’s subcutaneous needling on the basis of basic treatment;Once every other day for 2 weeks; The JOA low back pain score, visual analog score vas and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment and one month follow-up were observed and recorded to quantify the remission and evaluate the clinical efficacy. After completion, the recorded data shall be sorted out and passed through spss22.0 statistical software line statistical analysis.Results:1.The JOA scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The curative effect of Fu’s subcutaneous needling group was better than that of acupuncture group(P < 0.01).2.The VAS score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01).The Fu’s subcutaneous needling group had better effect on relieving pain and improving syndrome, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The VAS,JOA scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The curative effect of Fu’s subcutaneous needling group is not only stable, but also better than that of acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.Fu’s subcutaneous needling or acupuncture combined with SDS in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis and qi stagnation has obvious curative effect on the recovery of waist and leg function;2.In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,Fu’s subcutaneous needling combined with SDS is better than acupuncture combined with SDS in relieving pain and improving clinical symptoms;... |
