| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP)treated by Fu’s subcutaneous needling(FSN)and to provide reference for clinical treatment of Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with FSN.Method:Sixty patients with Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion collected as experimental subjects were divided into FSN group and conventional acupuncture(CA)group,at a ratio of 1:1.In FSN group,the tightened muscles of waist,abdomen and lower limbs,selected as targets,were loosened by a FSN needle sweeping in subcutaneous tissue combined with reperfusion activities.Later,securing the hose with tape and leaving for 4 hours.In CA group,30 cases were treated with acupuncturing at Jiaji(EX-B 2)and the huantiao on the affected side,besides,the yanglingquan on the affected side of L4-5 protruding point and the wei zhong on the affected side of L5-S1 protruding point.The needle was retained for 30min,and the treatment was combined with the biological lamp irradiation.The patients in the two groups were treated once a day for five consecutive days as a course of treatment,then took a two-day break and continued with the second session.There were two courses of treatment in this study,and the follow-up was conducted one month later.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores(JOA)were collected before treatment,after the first treatment,at the end of all the treatment and the follow-up one month after the completion of the treatment course.The curative effect at the end of all the treatment and the follow-up one month after the completion of the treatment course were evaluated according to the clinical criteria.Finally,using SPSS22.0 software package to analyze the data of the two groups to compare the difference of efficacy between FSN group and CA group.Result:①After the first treatment,at the end of all the treatment and the follow-up one month after the completion of the treatment course,the VAS scores in two groups were decreased significantly(P<0.05)with the JOA scores in two groups were increased significantly(P<0.05);②VAS scores in FSN group were decreased more than CA group at different times(P<0.05).③JOA scores in FAN group were improved better than CA group after the first treatment(P<0.05).However,at the end of all the treatment and the follow-up one month after the completion of the treatment course,there was no significant difference between the two groups’ JOA scores(P>0.05).④At the end of all the treatment,total effective rate was 96.55%in FSN group higher than 78.57%in CA group(P<0.05).The curative and remarkably efficient rate in FSN group was 68.97%superior to 42.86%in CA group(P<0.05).At the follow-up one month after the completion of the treatment course,the curative and remarkably efficient rate and total effective rate in FSN group were 93.10%and 58.63%,respectively higher than 71.43%and 39.26%in CA group(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to this study,we recognize that FSN could ease remarkably the pain of LIDP and improve lumbar mobility.FSN is superior to CA in the treatment of pain and has immediate effect,it is worthy of clinical application. |
