Objective: to observe the clinical effect of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with internal heat needle and short needling.Methods:.A total of 50 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into ordinary acupuncture group(26 cases,1 case of detachment)and internal heat acupuncture short acupuncture group(26 cases,1 case of detachment). The ordinary acupuncture group received acupuncture at Shenshu, waist Jiaji,Weizhong and AShi points.5 times a week,1 week treatment course; In the internal heat acupuncture short acupuncture group,L2 ~ S1 Huatuo Jiaji point was used as the main point, and Ashi point(soft tissue tenderness at the waist, lumbosacral and sacroiliac joints)was used as the matching point. The treatment was once every 5 days, and 5 days was a course of treatment. Both groups were treated for 3courses of treatment. The conditions of the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment, respectively.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association Low Back Pain Efficacy Questionnaire(JOA)score and lumbar curvature range(LFR)score were used for evaluation, and SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis. To evaluate the improvement of pain, lumbar function and lumbar flexion range of motion in patients with lumbar disc herniation with two treatment regiments. Results: 1 Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the general data of gender, age and course of disease between the two groups(p>0.05),indicating comparability.2 Comparison of VAS: There was no statistical significance in VAS scores of patients before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.VAS scores of patients after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the decrease rate in the short acupuncture group with internal heat acupuncture was higher than that in the ordinary acupuncture group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3 Comparison of JOA: Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in the comparison of JOA scores between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.JOA scores after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the increase rate in the short acupuncture group with internal heat acupuncture was higher than that in the common acupuncture group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.LFR comparison: Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in the LFR score of the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.Scores of both groups were significantly increased after treatment and before treatment(p<0.05),and scores of internal heat acupuncture short acupuncture group were significantly increased compared with ordinary acupuncture group(p<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in each group. Conclusion: The treatment of lumbar disc herniation with internal heat needle and short puncture is effective, which can significantly reduce the pain and improve the range of motion of lumbar flexion. |
