Research And Comparison Of The Rules Of Using Traditional Chinese Medicine For External Treatment Of Eczema In Ancient And Modern Times Based On Data Minin

Purpose:To analyze the complete prescriptions of eczema in ancient and modern literature,to conduct frequency statistics and further association rule analysis on the common topical drugs used in eczema treatment by ancient and modern doctors and their channel tropism and four Qi and five flavors,and to analyze the compatibility law of eczema topical treatment by ancient and modern doctors,and to study the diagnosis and treatment theory and treatment and medication relationship of traditional Chinese medicine for external treatment of eczema by ancient and modern doctors from the perspective of the performance of the drug itself and the prescriptions sent by ancient and modern doctors.We also compared the ancient and modern drug use and dosing rules to explore the similarities and differences in the understanding,treatment ideas and dosing rules of eczema among ancient and modern physicians,and to analyze the changes in drug use rules in the development of the times,so as to provide reference for the current clinical treatment of eczema with topical Chinese medicine.Material and method:The prescriptions of ancient and modern traditional Chinese medicine for external treatment of eczema included in The Chinese Medical Code and major Chinese databases were collected,and statistical analysis was conducted on drug frequency,drug efficacy,channel tropism and four Qi and five flavors of drugs and drug association rules by using software such as WPS Office Excle and Rstudio.Results:1 Ancient research results:1.1 In ancient times,the top 10 topical Chinese medicines for eczema were ca lomeas,alum,cortex phellodendri,miniumite,coptidis rhizoma,olibanum,realgar,sopho ra flavescens,resin,dragon bone.1.2 In ancient times,eczema was mainly treated with bitter-cold and pungent-w arm medicines by ancient physicians,mostly belonging to the liver,spleen,hea rt and large intestine meridians.The efficacy of the medicine is based on clear ing heat and dampness,attacking toxins,killing insects and relieving itching,re moving toxins,removing decay and creating muscles,relieving wind,and activ ating blood circulation to remove blood stasis.1.3 After association rule analysis based on the Apriori algorithm,29 non-dupli cate drug combinations were obtained,of which the top three drug pairs in ter ms of support were Miniumite-calomeas,myrrh-olibanum,olibanum-calomeas;The drug combinations with 100% confidence is Olibanum,resina draconis-myrrh;Acc ording to the ranking of confidence from high to low,the core drug is calome as,olibanum,Myrrh.2 Modern research results:2.1The top ten modern topical Chinese medicines for eczema are sophora flave scens,cortex phellodendri,fructus kochiae,Fructus Cnidii,cortex dictamni,saposhnico via divaricata,atractylodes,liquorice,angelica sinensis,purslane.2.2Modern medical practitioners treat eczema with bitter-cold and pungent-warm medicines,which are mainly classified as liver,stomach,bladder,spleen,kidney and heart meridians.The efficacy of the medicine is to clear heat and dry d ampness,remove wind from the surface,attack toxins and insects to relieve itc hing,and reduce dampness and swelling.2.3After association rule analysis based on the Apriori algorithm,34 non-duplic ate drug combinations were obtained,of which the top three drug pairs in ter ms of support were Fructus kochiae-sophora flavescens,Fructus Cnidii-sophora f lavescens,cortex dictamni-sophora flavescens;According to the ranking of confi dence from high to low,the core drug is sophora flavescens.3 Results of comparison between ancient and modern:3.1Drugs that appear together with both include sophora,cortex phellodendr.Anti pruritic drugs in ancient external prescriptions are Calomeas,alum,miniumite,real gar,sophora flavescens,Mainly with anti-toxic,insecticidal and antipruritic drugs;Modern antipruritic drugs are sophora flavescens,fructus kochiae,Fructus Cnidii,sa poshnicovia divaricata,mainly clearing away heat,dispelling dampness and expel ling wind.3.2 The modern drug association rules are all higher in support than the ancie nt ones,and the drug pairs that appear together in ancient and modern externa l remedies are herba schizonepetae-sophora flavescens.3.3The drug combination structure of “heat-clearing medicine-insecticide-heat-cle aring medicine”is a common structure in ancient and modern times.The sevenc ompatibility of modern prescriptions are all related to "heat-clearing medicine",a mong which the combination of "heat-clearing medicine-insecticide,heat-clearin g medicine-heat-clearing medicine" is the most common.Among the 13 ancient combination structures,7 combinations are related to "insecticides",among whi ch "insecticides-blood-activating medicines,insecticides-heat-clearing medicines" are the most common combinations.Conclusion:1.From the characteristics of the medicine,ancient and modern doctors focus on the combination of pungent and warm,bitter and cold,aiming to make theevil of wind,dampness and heat resolved from the outside;the medicine is mostly attributed to the liver meridian,while focusing on the heart,spleen,largeintestine and other meridian regulation,the purpose of which is to regulate theflow of Qi to achieve the effect of clearing heat and dampness to relieve itching.2.From the treatment characteristics,ancient doctors mainly focus on killing insects and relieving itching,and at the same time clearing heat and drying dampness,dispelling wind and relieving symptoms,invigorating blood and creating muscle,treating both the symptoms and the root cause;modern doctors mainlyfocus on clearing heat and drying dampness,and at the same time dispelling wind and relieving symptoms,killing insects and relieving itching,and relieving water and swelling,focusing on treating the root cause and supplementing the root cause.3.From the principle of drug combination,modern doctors take Sophora flavescens as the core of the combination,and the combination is more concentrated,mostly tending to the fructus kochiae,cortex dictamni,cortex phellodendri,saposhnicovia divaricata,Fructus Cnidii,etc,and the main characteristic of the combination is "Qing";ancient doctors take calomeas,olibanum and myrrh as the core of the combination,and the combination is broader,and the characteristics of "Xing" are reflected on the basis of "Qing",which can provide reference for modern doctors to treat eczema.4.From the trend of drug combination,modern doctors in the process of exter nal treatment of eczema in Chinese medicine has formed a more general consi stent understanding of the use of drugs with a tendency to choose the sophoraf lavescens,Fructus kochiae,cortex dictamni,cortex phellodendri,herba schizonepetae,Fructus Cnidii,Radix Stemonae,etc.for external treatment prescription combinati on,the ancient use of drugs is broader.
