Explore Medication Rules Of Ancient Books Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treating Alzheimer’s Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective: By consulting the relevant ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine,the prescriptions for the treatment of AD in ancient medical books were searched and summarized,and the rules and characteristics of medication were analyzed by data mining technology.Based on this,the ancient physicians ’ understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of AD and the principles of treatment were deduced,in order to provide more basis and ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of AD related diseases.Methods: Using the electronic publication ’ Chinese Medical Classics ’ as a search tool,collecting the prescriptions and literatures on the treatment of AD main diseases before the Republic of China.The collected literature prescriptions were collated through relevant books and databases such as CNKI,Wanfang and Duxiu,and the prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria were standardized.Microsoft Excel 2021 was used to perform frequency statistics on drugs,nature and flavor,and meridian tropism of related traditional Chinese medicines.SPSS Modeler18.0 and SPSS22.0 were used to perform association rules and cluster analysis on traditional Chinese medicine data.Based on the statistical results,the medication rules of ancient medical books in the treatment of AD were summarized and analyzed.Results:1.80 ancient books related to the main diseases and syndromes of AD were obtained,including 328 prescriptions,involving 318 traditional Chinese medicines.The top ten high-frequency drugs were ginseng(206 times),polygala(195 times),poria cocos(140 times),poria cocos(119 times),acorus tatarinowii(108 times),cinnamon(100 times),angelica(99 times),ophiopogonis(89 times),licorice(78 times),cinnabar(74 times).2.The most commonly used are warm and neutral drugs;the high frequency of five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine is sweet,bitter and pungent.The frequency of meridian tropism of traditional Chinese medicine is ranked from high to low as heart,kidney,spleen and lung.3.Five groups of core drug pairs for the treatment of AD main symptoms were obtained,namely : Fushen-Yuanzhi,Shichangpu-Yuanzhi,Shudihuang-Renshen,Baizhu-Renshen,Suanzaoren-Yuanzhi.Four clustering prescriptions were obtained : 1 Cistanche deserticola,Cuscuta chinensis,Achyranthes bidentata,Yam,Schisandra chinensis(similar to the composition of Wubi Yam Pills);2 Radix Polygalae,Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii,Poria,Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Asparagi,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Radix Ginseng,Poria,Bone(similar to Tianwang Buxin Dan);3 Danggui,Chuanxiong,Baishao,Rougui,Ganjiang,Fangfeng,Baizhu,Zhigancao(similar to the composition of Danggui Yin);4 by cinnabar,coptis,liquorice,rehmannia,pinellia(similar to cinnabar anshen pills).Conclusion: The main efficacy of the core drugs,the mutual effect of the core drug pairs,and the core prescription of the monarch,minister and assistant,mainly focus on the effects of tonifying deficiency and resuscitation,nourishing heart and tranquilizing mind,benefiting qi and nourishing blood,nourishing serum and heart to intervene in AD.It reveals the understanding of the core pathogenesis of AD in ancient medical books : heart deficiency and evil obstruction,mental loss,qi and blood deficiency,yin deficiency and heat disturbance.The nature and flavor of high-frequency drugs are mainly warm and flat,sweet,bitter and pungent.Among them,sweet and warm can supplement deficiency and warm yang,while bitter and pungent can dry dampness,promote qi and activate blood.It reveals that the nature of AD is mainly deficiency cold and blood stasis,and it is also considered to be related to the factors of deficiency cold and blood stasis in the elderly.High-frequency drugs are mainly in the heart,kidney,spleen and lung meridians,suggesting that the main lesions of AD involve the heart,kidney,spleen and lung.Compared with modern Chinese medicine,which focuses on kidney and brain,ancient medical books emphasize the understanding and treatment of AD from the perspective of heart storage.It is believed that sufficient coordination of qi,blood,yin and yang of the heart and peace of mind can effectively avoid and treat dementia and amnesia.Compared with modern Chinese medicine,which attaches importance to the treatment of AD from tonifying kidney essence,ancient medical books also attach importance to the tonifying of qi,blood and yang;compared with the understanding of modern medicine that qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity cause AD,ancient medical books also pay attention to wind evil,improper evil and other disturbing the mind and lead to forgetfulness and amnesia.
