Research On The Theory And Application Of The Thirteen Prescriptions In The Neijin

Purpose:By collecting and sorting out the ancient and modern literature related to the 13 th Party of The Internal Canon,summarize the theory of the 13 th Party prescriptions and the characteristics of prevention and treatment and discuss the application value of the 13 th Party of the Internal Canon to modern clinical practice.Research method: Literature review and theoretical research were combined.Based on the original texts of Yellow Emperor’s Neijing Suwen and Lingshu Jing published by People’s Medical Publishing House in 2012,and through the literature retrieval about ancient and modern times,consult the preparation methods,drug sources,treated diseases,rules and methods of treatment and other relevant contents of the thirteen aspects of Neijing.All the material were reviewed and analyzed.Research content:1.Conduct textual research on the 13 party prescriptions,including the source of the 13 parties,composition of prescription drugs,recipe processing and using methods,and textual research on special drugs.2.Combined with the relevant treatises of commentators in the past dynasties,analyze the syndromes of the disease using the treatments from the 13 th Party and summarize the principles and methods of treatments embodied in the 13 th Party.3.Discuss the application value of the 13 th Party in modern clinical practice based on the performance of the 13 th Party by physicians of later generations.Conclusion:1.In this study,13 suspected medicines were identified: "Lv Ru" of Four-Squid Bones and Lv Ru Ball was madder,"abalone juice" was salted fish juice,"Lan" of orchid grass soup was Peilan,"Ling" of Ling decoction was sage,and "Shu Rice" of Banxia Shu Rice Decoction was sticky sorghum rice.2.The 13 th Party contains many rules and methods of treatment,such as "early treatment,prevention before disease","treating the disease and seeking the root and treating those who go against it","strengthening the good and dispelling evil,reinforcing the deficiency and eliminating the solid","coordinating Yin and Yang,harmonizing the camp and the health","taking advantage of the situation and treating it accordingly".3.Mash therapy,diet therapy,ear blowing,drug fumigation,bian-stone therapy,plaster rubbing,traction,hot ironing and other therapies involved in the 13 parties are widely used in modern clinical practice.4.Pig Iron Luo Yin,Four-Squid Bone and Lv Ru Ball,orchid grass decoction,drink made of Ling Qiao,Banxia Shu Rice Decoction and other recipes still have significant clinical value.
