A Theoretical Study Of Obesity In Huangdi Neijing

The understanding of obesity as early as the period of “Internal Classic of medicine”has been related to the diagnosis and treatment of obesity for future generations to lay a solid theoretical foundation.Up to now,the theory of obesity in Neijing still guides the clinical application of obesity and plays an incomparable role in modern clinical treatment of obesity and its related diseases.So today,with the development of modern medicine,the ancient medical classics are still worthy of our careful study.Objective:Combing the relevant discussion of obesity in Neijing,taking the thinking of Neijing as the methodological basis,sorting out the general framework of the obesity theory in Neijing,to study and sort out the theory of obesity in Neijing,systematically and comprehensively understand the etiology,pathogenesis,classification and characteristics of obesity,so as to seek better means for clinical treatment,the application of extending Neijing theory in the prevention and treatment of modern obesity and its related diseases.Methods and content:By using the method of literature review and theoretical research,the etiology,pathogenesis,classification,treatment,prevention and prognosis of obesity are systematically discussed and summarized,the author puts forward his own views on the enlightening and guiding significance of the theory of obesity in Neijing.Conclusions : this paper summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis,classification,characteristics,related diseases,prevention and treatment methods of obesity according to the exposition of the related theories of obesity in Neijing.This paper points out that the deep cause of obesity is craving,and puts forward some enlightenment for modern clinical practice in prevention first,early diagnosis and treatment,psychological intervention and behavior regulation,it provides a theoretical basis for modern clinical prevention and treatment of obesity.
