| Objective: Through combing the relevant expositions of "thinking" in the Huangdi Neijing,systematically explore the basic theoretical framework of "thinking" in the Huangdi Neijing,clarify the concept of "thinking",and analyze the generation and special characteristics physiological function of "thinking",summarize the elements,characteristics,clinical symptoms and treatment methods of "thinking" disease,and provide more theoretical support for clinical application.Methods: The thesis mainly adopts traditional literature research methods,including background research,literature analysis,theoretical derivation,medical record analysis,etc.Explore the origin and connotation of "thinking" theory in Huangdi Neijing,clarify the physiological and pathological changes of "thinking" and its clinical application.Results: 1.The theory of "thinking" in traditional Chinese medicine originated from Huangdi Neijing.The meaning of "thinking" in Huangdi Neijing refers to the thinking process of repeated research and exploration of objective things and a kind of emotional expression of anxiety that may appear in this process.2."Thinking" is closely related to the heart,brain and spleen,which is the result of the response of visceral essence to the stimulation of objective things."Thinking" is not only the core of the cognitive process,but also the basis of the generation of emotions,and the basis of the occurrence and development of other emotions.3.On the one hand,overthinking causes illnesses with the characteristics of "thinking leads to qi stagnation",which affects the qi machine of the whole body and can cause damage to the viscera;on the other hand,it can induce other emotions to appear abnormal,and eventually cause physical and mental overwork.4.The treatment of diseases caused by "thinking" should focus on regulating qi activity and nourishing the heart and spleen.At the same time,the therapeutic effect of emotional therapy in such diseases should not be ignored.Emotional therapy must be used in conjunction with drugs and acupuncture to achieve better results.Conclusion: Combing the relevant discourses on "thinking" in Huangdi Neijing,and making systematic research and discussion on it,so that the theory of "thinking" in Huangdi Neijing is more systematic.It is clear that the production of "thinking" is closely related to the heart,brain and spleen,and the diseases caused by it involve the five internal organs of liver,heart,spleen,lung and kidney,the treatment should focus on regulating qi activity and nourishing the heart and spleen.It has important guiding significance for clinical practice. |
