Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Chaihu Dingji Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Ventricular Premature Beats (liver Fire Disturbance Type

Purpose:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaihu Dingji Decoction in the treatment of functional ventricular tachycardia(liver fire disturbance type),so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional ventricular tachycardia.Material and method:From September 2019 to January 2022,72 outpatients from the first Department of Cardiology of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine who met the diagnostic criteria of functional ventricular tachycardia(liver fire disturbance type)were randomly divided into control group and observation group.36 patients in each group were treated with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Chaihu Dingji Decoction for 4 weeks.The patients in the two groups were observed and recorded before treatment The clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were analyzed according to the changes of TCM syndrome score,the number of ventricular premature beats in 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram,vital signs,liver and kidney function tests,blood,urine,stool routine and adverse reactions.Results:1.Comparison of western medicine efficacy Efficacy of ventricular premature beats in ambulatory electrocardiogram: after treatment,the number of ventricular premature beats in the two groups decreased significantly(P < 0.01),and the degree of reduction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of traditional chinese medicine efficacy A.Total curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89% and that of the control group was 75.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).The total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups was significantly improved after treatment(P < 0.01),and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).B.Curative effect of single syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine: the patients in the two groups improved in single syndrome after treatment(P < 0.05),and the improvement of palpitation,bitter mouth and dry throat,no thinking of diet,red eyes and tinnitus in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05);Although the curative effects of hypochondriac pain,irritability,constipation and dizziness were better than those of the control group,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).3.Safety analysis The basic vital signs of the two groups were not significantly abnormal before and after treatment,the liver and kidney function tests and the routine fluctuations of blood,urine and stool were within the normal range,and adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Conclusion:1.Chaihu Dingji Decoction can significantly improve the clinical syndromes of patients with functional premature ventricular(hyperactivity of liver fire).2.Chaihu Dingji Decoction can significantly reduce the number of ventricular premature beats in patients with functional premature ventricular(liver fire disturbance type).3.Chaihu Dingji Decoction has good safety in treating functional premature ventricular(hyperactivity of liver fire).
