Clinical Research Of Ziyin Qinghuo Dingji Decoction In The Treatment Of Yin Asthenia Causing Fire Type Of Ventricular Premature Beat

Object: To observe the clinical effect of Ziyin Qinghuo Dingji decoction for yin asthenia causing fire Type of ventricular premature,to explore the mechanism,to evaluate its efficacy and safety,intended for clinical treatment of ventricular premature beat with practical and valuable the therapeutic way.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria to select Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, First Affiliated Hospital of outpatient and inpatient comprehensive medical cases, 60 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 30 cases. Generally the two groups were not statistically different. The control group using western propafenone treatment, the experimental group in propafenone treatment based on the service side of yin-fire set palpitate, one day, sooner or later, half an hour after the meal, warm clothes. Evaluate the clinical efficacy of four weeks later. Before treatment, underwent general inspection items: pulse, respiration, blood pressure, heart rate, liver, renal and other tests, Holter efficacy evaluation were observed before and after treatment, premature ventricular contractions seizure frequency, severity of symptoms, TCM symptoms total score, the total effect of traditional Chinese medicine, determine the efficacy of individual symptoms, to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results: After four weeks, the comparison of clinical efficacy, Holter test group in terms of efficiency than the control group is determined(P <0.05); after treatment, the number of episodes of premature ventricular contractions test group than the control group improved significantly(P <0.05); TCM symptom severity control, the experimental group is better than the control group,(P <0.05); Comparative efficacy of two groups of TCM symptoms alone, the experimental group is better than the control group(P <0.05);TCM clinical symptom total score comparison, the experimental group than in the control group better(P <0.05); Total therapeutic effect of TCM the experimental group than in the control group better(P <0.05). The over all comparison of the results of efficacy test group than the control group. No significant changes in the liver and kidney function before and after treatment safety indicators(P> 0.05), application security.
