Research On The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound In The Treatment Of Diabetic Kidney Disease With Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Based On Data Minin

Purpose:In this paper,we searched the literature of Chinese medicine compound prescriptions for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in the form of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency over the past 20 years by using some data mining methods,and summarized the rules of contemporary medical practitioners in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in the form of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency to provide a theoretical basis for Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in the form of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency.Material and method:1.The literature on Chinese herbal compound prescriptions for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type was selected from the databases of China Knowledge Network,Wanfang and Vipul during the period of 2000-2021,and the literature was screened,included and excluded to establish a valid database.2.The effective prescriptions and drug composition in the literature were collated.3.The statistical software excel and TCM inheritance support platform were used to analyze the frequencies and frequency of the Chinese medicines in the TCM,and on this basis,the data on the four natures,five tastes,the attribution and types of the Chinese medicines were statistically analyzed.4.Cluster analysis was performed on the high-frequency Chinese medicines and the types of Chinese medicines,and the correlation rules were analyzed for all the drugs involved to summarize and categorize the commonly used high-frequency drug combinations.Results:1.In this study,125 prescriptions were included,with a total of 164 herbal medicines and a cumulative frequency of 1461 times,of which the top 10 drugs were Poria,Astragalus,Atractylodes,Radix et Rhizoma,Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Zelenia,Rhizoma,Radix Codonopsis,Cinnamomum and Paeoniae.The highest proportion of drugs in the category of tonic for deficiency,followed by diuretic and dampness-permeating drugs,blood-stasis activating drugs and warming drugs.2.Based on the association rule analysis,18 core drug combinations and 9 new potential prescriptions were obtained based on entropy clustering analysis.Conclusion:1.The treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type diabetes kidney disease drugs four qi are mainly warm drugs;the drug five tastes are mostly sweet drugs;the spleen,kidney and liver meridians are returned to the spleen,kidneys and liver meridians.Clinical treatment can start with the spleen,kidney and liver meridians.2 In the treatment of diabetic kidney disease of the spleen and kidney yang deficiency type,traditional Chinese medicine mostly focuses on warm kidney and spleen,and uses Gary water leakage drugs and blood-activating stasis drugs to achieve the effect of both symptoms and root causes.3 Potential prescriptions provide new thinking for future clinical medications.
