Based On Data Mining Analysis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Qi And Yin Deficiency Type Diabetic Kidney Disease Research

Purpose:The purpose of this research is to study the modern literature on the treatment of diabetic kidney disease with deficiency of both qi and yin in online databases.The application of modern data mining technology to explore the rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease provides literature evidence for the clinical treatment of diabetic kidney disease with deficiency of both qi and yin.Material and method:Using pre-set keywords as search conditions,organize the full-text database of Chinese academic journals(CNKI),Chinese scientific journal database(VIP network)and Wanfang medical online from January 1,2015 to September 30,2020.All the documents about diabetic kidney disease with deficiency of both qi and yin can be retrieved on the Internet.After screening with reference to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a database of literature and prescriptions for diabetic kidney disease with deficiency of both qi and yin was established,and the Chinese medicines contained therein were standardized.Then the data mining software Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(v2.5)is used for data mining to explore the included literature data.The rule of medication for the treatment of this disease,the frequency of medication,the nature and taste of the drug are summarized,and the law of compatibility between drugs is obtained through cluster analysis and association rule analysis.Results:This study included a total of 153 literature prescriptions,a total of 160 Chinese medicines,with a cumulative frequency of 1,661.The top 10 drugs used in frequency were:Astragalus,Radix Rehmanniae,Chinese Yam,Cornus,Poria,Alisma,Salvia,Peony Peel,Taizishen,Ophiopogon(using frequency more than 40 times).In terms of the meridian of the meridian,the cold drugs accounted for the highest proportion of the four qi,the five tastes were mainly sweet,and the meridian of the drugs was mainly the liver and kidney meridians.In the drug classification,tonic drugs accounted for the highest proportion,followed by heat-clearing drugs and blood-activating drugs for removing blood stasis as common drugs.According to the analysis of association rules,it is concluded that Shengdihuang and Astragalus,Astragalus and Chinese Yam,and Cornus and Astragalus are compatible combinations with a higher frequency of use,and the frequency is more than 80 times.According to entropy cluster analysis,20 core drug combinations and 10 new potential prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:1.The high-frequency drugs used to treat qi and yin deficiency type diabetic kidney disease are Astragalus,Radix Rehmanniae,Chinese Yam,Cornus and Poria.2.The classification of drugs for the treatment of diabetic kidney disease with deficiency of both qi and yin is mostly tonic drugs,followed by clearing away heat;the four qi drugs are mainly cold drugs,followed by warm drugs;the five flavors of drugs are mostly sweet drugs,followed by bitter drugs.3.The meridian of the drug is mostly in the kidney,liver,and spleen meridians.Considering that the kidney disease of qi and yin deficiency type diabetic kidney disease is located in the kidney,involving the liver and spleen,clinical treatment can start from the kidney,liver and spleen meridians.4.Traditional Chinese medicine is mainly used to invigorate qi and nourish yin in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease with deficiency of both qi and yin.On this basis,it is necessary to add heat-clearing medicine,blood circulation and blood stasis medicine,and diuresis and dampness medicine to treat both symptoms and root causes.
