Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Five-tone Modulation In Alleviating Anxiety In Menopausal Syndrom

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Gengnian Yu’an decoction combined with traditional five tone therapy in the treatment of anxiety state of menopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression.By comparing the improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients with liver depression and kidney deficiency syndrome of postmenopausal syndrome before and after treatment,this paper discusses the efficacy and advantages of Gengnian Yu’an decoction combined with five tone therapy in the clinical treatment of this disease,and evaluates its clinical treatment safety and feasibility.Methods: From December 2020 to December 2021,60 patients in the gynecological clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine were collected.According to the order of patients coming to the hospital,the patients were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in the Wuyin group(five elements music combined with Gengnian Yu’an Decoction)and 30 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group(Gengnian Yu’an Decoction).Observe and compare the score changes of the modified Kupperman score scale,SAS self rating anxiety scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale and TCM syndrome score scale evaluated by the two groups during the three-month follow-up before and after diagnosis and treatment,and further evaluate the improvement degree of anxiety of postmenopausal women with kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with five tone therapy.According to the characteristics of menopausal syndrome,the clinical symptoms of patients can be improved after treatment,and help patients find solutions.Therefore,the scores of improved Kupperman score,SAS anxiety scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale and TCM syndrome integral scale were used as the evaluation criteria of the efficacy of this study.After treatment,the patients’ anxiety score scale and kuppman score scale were used to collect the data of anxiety scale before and after treatment 0 statistical software to analyze and evaluate the collected data.Result:1.After treatment,the scores of the modified Kupperman scale,SAS self rating anxiety scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale and TCM syndrome integral scale in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and there were significant differences in each index(P < 0.05);Compared with the curative effect of Wuyin group and traditional Chinese medicine group,the scores of Wuyin group after treatment were significantly lower than that of traditional Chinese medicine group.The data difference between Wuyin group and traditional Chinese medicine group was statistically significant,which confirmed that the improvement of anxiety state of the former in the treatment of menopausal syndrome was significantly better than that of the latter(P < 0.05).2.Comprehensive curative effect comparison: according to Kupperman score comparison:after treatment,the total effective rate of Wuyin group(90.0%)was significantly higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine group(80.0%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);According to TCM syndrome score: after treatment,the total effective rate of Wuyin group(96.7%)was significantly higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine group(83.3%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of Wuyin group was significantly better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group.3.The two groups of patients did not have any side effects and adverse reactions during the treatment,indicating that the two groups of treatment methods have certain safety.Conclusion: Oral Gengnian Yu’an Decoction alone and oral Gengnian Yu’an decoction combined with five tone therapy can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with menopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression with anxiety,but the overall clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with five tone therapy is significantly better than that of oral traditional Chinese medicine alone.Moreover,the research scheme is safe and effective,and there are no adverse reactions and side effects.It is worthy of further research and promotion in clinic.
