The Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Shugantiaogeng Decoction In Treating Renal Deficiency Hepatic Depression-type Menopausal Syndrome

Objective:In this paper,the mechanism and clinical efficiency of the treatment of renal deficiency hepatic depression menopausal syndrome were studied,and the feasibility and clinical advantages of the treatment of renal deficiency hepatic Depression-type menopausal syndrome by Shugantiaogeng Decoction were discussed.Method:60 patients were randomly divided into test group（30 cases,treated with SGTGD）and control group（30 cases,treated with Kun Tai capsule）,treatment of 8 weeks respectively.To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms,TCM symptom scores,KI scores,CMR scores and the changes of serum E₂,FSH,LH,5-HT and?-EP were detected before and after treatment in two groups.Statistics and analysis with Spss24.0 software.Results:1.The total effective rates of clinical efficacy were 96.67%and86.67%,and the difference between the groups was significant（P<0.05）.2.After the treatment,there is little changes in the abnormal sensation than before treatment（P>0.05）,the scores of TCM symptoms,KI scores,other symptom scores and CMR scores were lower in the test group and control group than before treatment,and the difference was significant（P<0.05）.Inter-group comparison,TCM symptom scores,menopausal syndrome total score,somatic dimension total score and equalization,psychological dimension score and equalization,KI scores and hot sweat out,insomnia,irritability,depression,dizziness,bone and joint pain symptoms,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant（P<0.05）.3.After treatment,compared with before treatment,E₂,5-HT,?-EP increased,FSH,LH decreased（P<0.05）.Compared with the control group,the difference of E₂,5-HT and?-EP was statistically significant（P<0.05）,and there is little changes in the FSH and LH（P>0.05）.Conclusion:It is effective in treating renal deficiency hepatic Depression-type menopausal syndrome,and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients.By increasing the level of E₂,5-HT andβ-EP,this prescription reduces FSH and LH levels,regulates the function of neuroendocrine system,and improves the symptoms of patients.The curative effect of SGTGD is significant,safe and reliable,and has the value of further research and clinical popularization.
