Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Chinese Medicine Combined With Five-tone Therapy In The Treatment Of Insomnia In Menopausal Syndrome With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depressio

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with five tone therapy in the treatment of insomnia in postmenopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression,so as to provide a new diagnosis and treatment method for clinical treatment of postmenopausal syndrome.Methods:62 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of insomnia in postmenopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression were randomly divided into 31 cases in the observation group(five elements music combined with Gengnian Zishen Decoction)and31 cases in the control group(Gengnian Zishen Decoction).One case fell off in each of the two groups during the treatment.After 3 months of continuous treatment,the changes of domestic improved Kupperman index(KI)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),TCM syndrome score and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)were observed and recorded before and after treatment,and the data were analyzed and processed by SPSS 26.0.Results:1.Domestic improved Kupperman score:After treatment,the Kupperman score of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the score of the Wuyin traditional Chinese medicine group decreased significantly compared with that of the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).It is suggested that the curative effect of Wuyin traditional Chinese medicine group is significantly better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group.2.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI):The PSQI score of the two groups decreased after treatment,especially in the Wuyin traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the curative effect of the Wuyin traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group.3.TCM syndrome score:After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,P<0.05,and the score of the Wuyin traditional Chinese medicine group decreased more significantly.After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the groups,which proved that the curative effect of the Wuyin traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group.4.Hormone level changes:After treatment,the hormone level of FSH in the two groups did not decrease significantly(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in regulating FSH level between Wuyin traditional Chinese medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group after treatment.5.Clinical efficacy:comparison of clinical efficacy of PSQI: after treatment,the total effective rate of Wuyin traditional Chinese medicine group was 90.00%,0 people were cured,18 people were markedly effective,9 people were effective and 3 people were ineffective;The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 80.00%,0 patients were cured,4 patients were markedly effective,20 patients were effective and 6 patients were ineffective,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the five tone traditional Chinese medicine group had better effect on improving PSQI score.Comparison of curative effects of TCM syndromes: after treatment,the total effective rate of Wuyin traditional Chinese medicine group was 93.33%,1 person was cured,17 persons were markedly effective,10 persons were effective and 2 persons were ineffective;The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 86.67%,0 were cured,7 were markedly effective,19 were effective and 4 were ineffective.The comparison between the groups was P<0.05,indicating that the Wuyin traditional Chinese medicine group had better effect in improving the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.6.Follow up:telephone follow-up was conducted one month after the end of treatment.The improvement of KI score and PSQI score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion : Simple traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine combined with five tone therapy have curative effects on insomnia of menopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression,but the overall curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with five tone therapy is significantly better than that of simple traditional Chinese medicine decoction group.
