Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Wuzi Wupi Yin in the treatment of Yang deficiency and flooding syndrome of chronic pulmonary heart disease in decompensated period,so as to provide evidence-based basis for the clinical application and promotion of this prescription,in order to give better play to the role of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 60 CPHD patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The control group was treated with general western medicine and symptomatic treatment, while the treatment group was treated with modified Wuzi Wupi Yin on the basis of the control group. The changes of TCM syndrome score, blood gas analysis,NTPro-BNP,24-hour urine volume and cardiac function classification were compared between the two groups after 10 days of treatment.Results:1.Compared with the two groups, the total effective rate of the treatment group(92.86%)was higher than that of the control group(85.71%),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05);2.Both groups could effectively improve TCM syndrome scores(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving TCM syndrome scores(P < 0.05);3.Blood gas analysis showed that the values of Pa CO2,Pa O2,Sa O2 and PH of the two groups were improved after treatment. After treatment, the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving Pa CO2,Pa O2 and Sa O2,but there was no difference in the improvement of PH value between the treatment group and the control group;4.Compared with NTPro-BNP,both groups could reduce NTPro-BNP levels, and the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing NTPro-BNP levels(P<0.05);5.Compared with the 24-hour urine volume, both groups could increase the urine volume, and the treatment group was superior to the control group in diuresis(P <0.05);6.Compared with the classification of cardiac function, both groups could improve cardiac function, and the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving cardiac function(P < 0.05);7.The treatment process was safe and no obvious adverse reactions were found.Conclusion:1.Modified Wuzi Wupi Yin in the treatment of CPHD with Yang deficiency and Water flooding in decompensated period can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients;2.Modified Wuzi Wupi Yin can correct hypoxia, reduce carbon dioxide retention, improve oxygenation, strengthen heart and diuresis;3.Modified Wuzi Wupi Yin is safe and effective in clinical use. |
