Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome In Menopausal Syndrome With Tiaogeng Zhihan Decoctio

Objective:In this study,by observing the clinical efficacy of Tiaogeng Zhihan Decoction in the treatment of menopausal syndrome（kidney yin deficiency）,it can improve the physical and mental discomforts such as hot flashes,sweating and insomnia in patients with menopausal syndrome.Syndrome is another well-established option that offers patients more options for treatment options.Methods:Sixty cases of menopausal syndrome patients diagnosed with kidney-yin deficiency syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into groups.The control group which was treated with western medicine Fenmotong 1/10 mg,oral method once a day;the treatment group treated with Tiaogengzhihan Decoction.The oral method was one dose per day,divided into two warm servings.At the same time of drug treatment,all the patients in each group were given the existing routine health care and treatment,and cooperated with mental health guidance and other health education measures:if the diet was adjusted reasonably,some foods containing cellulose and protein could be eaten appropriately.In addition,proper physical training can be carried out to enhance the resistance and immunity of the body;actively support patients to deal with certain symptoms of menopause with a good mood;go to the hospital regularly for re-examination of gynecological diseases diagnosis and treatment;Good personal hygiene habits,keep the vulva clean,avoid repeated vaginal washing and other treatments.Results:A total of 56 complete data were obtained in this study,and there was no significant difference in age and course of disease between the two groups（P>0.05）.1.Comparison of the total effective rate:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.14%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）;2.Comparison of scores between the modified Kupperman scale and the Menopause Syndrome Rating Scale:Compared between the two groups,the treatment group and the control group can significantly reduce the score and improve the symptoms.Statistical significance（P<0.05）.3.Comparison of three items of serum sex hormones:the comparison between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;for E₂and LH,the difference was statistically significant at P<0.05,and it was believed that the two drugs could improve E₂and LH levels.For FSH,the curative effect of the treatment group was not obvious,and the curative effect of the control group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant;4.Safety:In this study,the blood routine,liver and kidney function,bilateral breast and obstetrics and gynecology color Doppler ultrasound of the two groups of patients before and after treatment showed no obvious abnormality.Conclusion:Tiaogeng Zhihan Decoction has shown satisfactory clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with menopausal syndrome of kidney-yin deficiency.It can not only greatly improve the discomfort of hot flashes and sweating,but also improve insomnia,anxiety,dizziness,headache and other perimenopausal symptoms.It can promote the increase of serum E₂level,reduce the level of FSH and LH,and improve the endocrine status of perimenopausal women.It has a high safety factor and no obvious toxic and side effects.
