Clinical Study Of Yuankun Decoction In The Treatment Of Male Menopausal Syndrome (Hepatic Depression And Kidney Deficiency)

Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of self-made prescription Yuankun decoction in the treatment of male menopausal syndrome.Explore the right of Yuankun soup Whether it is effective in the clinical treatment of male menopausal syndrome to varying degrees.Methods: Using the randomized controlled research method of two groups of samples,60 patients who met the admission criteria from the male clinic of traditional Chinese medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included in the treatment observation object,and 60 subjects were divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group through the randomized digital generation method.Oral prescription Yuankun decoction(15g of Xianmao,10 g of Epimedium,20 g of Chaihu,20 g of fragrant attachment,20 g of tulips,6g of Eucommia,15 g of antler glue,15 g of dodder,10 g of halberd,30 g of yam,10 g of Schisandra,20 g of Yuanzhi,amber Po 10 g,Chuanxiong 5g and 5g Schisandra.The above drugs are all from the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The control group used40 mg bid for testosterone decate capsules.They were taken orally immediately after meals.The two groups were treated together and closely observed for 4 weeks.Before the treatment began.Physical guidance work.After a course of treatment,a statistical analysis was carried out by comparing the Istanbul score and the syndrome score of the two groups of patients.The serum testosterone value of all selected cases was checked before and in the fourth week after treatment,statistical analysis was carried out,and conclusions were summarized.Results: After one month of treatment by self-made prescription Yuankun decoction and testosterone decate,the PATAM score of the symptoms of the two groups changed.In the Yuankun decoction group,30 patients after treatment,compared with the pre-treatment paired t-test P<0.01,the PADAM symptom score was lower,which is statistically significant;30 patients in the testosterone group,after treatment,compared with the pre-treatment paired t-test P<0.01,and the PADAM symptom score was lower,which is statistically significant..There was no significant difference in PADAM symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05)Conclusion: Yuankun Decoction originates from the chemical reduction of the classic prescription Erxian decoction of traditional Chinese medicine.It has a significant effect on improving the clinical symptoms of male menopausal syndrome(hepatic depression and kidney deficiency),and its curative effect is higher than that of testosterone detadecate soft capsules.It is safer and reliable,which can provide a strong foundation for further clinical application.
