| Objective:In this study,we observed the cases of breast cancer climacteric syndrome treated with Tiaogeng Decoction,and explored whether there were differences between the intervention of Tiaogeng Decoction on breast cancer climacteric syndrome patients and non-intervention treatment,and further analyzed the reasons for the differences.Methods:74 patients with menopausal syndrome after taking endocrine drugs for breast cancer were selected,and dialectical as liver qi stagnation.The cases were divided into two groups according to the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine: 35 cases in the group without taking traditional Chinese medicine and 39 cases in the group with oral Chinese medicine.The changes of clinical symptoms and related indicators before and after treatment were observed and analyzed.Results:Kupperman scores of clinical symptoms:After treatment,29.25±4.01 in the untreated group and 25.08±2.36 in the oral group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in hot flashes,sweating,depression,irritability,dizziness,headache,palpitation and fatigue(P< 0.05).The score of TCM syndromes: after treatment,the score of TCM syndromes was 8.86±2.02 in the untreated group and 5.59±1.25 in the oral group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Analysis of clinical examination indexes: There were no significant differences in glutamic acid,gluten grass,urea,creatinine,luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol before and after treatment P >0.05).Conclusion:There were differences in Kupperman score and TCM syndrome score between oral Chinese medicine group and non-oral Chinese medicine group.Considering the reasons for the difference,the intervention of Tiaogeng Decoction was related.It is confirmed that Tiaogeng Decoction has certain effect on the treatment of breast cancer menopausal syndrome. |
