| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of intestinal decoction in the treatment of constipation after Miliigan-morgan(intestinal heat evidence). Methods: From July 2020 to February 2021,72 patients with postoperative constipation after mixed hemorrhoids were selected to undergo mixed hemorrhoidal exfoliation in the Department of Anorectal Surgery of Yueyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and 72 patients with constipation after Miliigan-morga were randomly divided into two groups of treatment group(qingchang group)and control group(lactulose group)according to the random number table, with 36 people in each group. The symptom integration, efficacy analysis indicators and safety indicators of the 3rd,5th and 7th main diseases(defecation interval time, defecation time, stool characteristics, difficulty of defecation, incomplete defecation, distension and obstruction)and secondary symptoms(bloating, abdominal pain, dry mouth and bad breath, shortness of urination)of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were recorded, and the data were statistically analyzed through SPS26.0 software to illustrate the clinical efficacy and safety of clear intestinal decoction for constipation(intestinal heat evidence)after mixed hemorrhoidal surgery. Results: The number of patients who completed this project was 68:1.After comparison, the number of cases, age, sex and pre-treatment primary and secondary symptoms of the control group and the treatment group were scored,P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group(clear intestine soup)and the control group(lactulose)were more meaningful.2.Statistical results showed that both groups had a good effect on alleviating the feeling of bloating and obstruction, alleviating the feeling of incomplete defecation, and improving abdominal pain and bloating,P>0.05,which was not statistically significant;however, the treatment group was more effective than the control group in terms of shortening the defecation time, reducing the interval between bowel movements, improving stool traits, improving stool difficulties, alleviating pain, dry mouth and bad breath and shortness of urine,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.9%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 88.5%,and the efficacy of the treatment group was more accurate. Conclusion: Clear intestine soup can safely and effectively improve the symptoms of patients with constipation and intestinal fever evidence after Miliigan-morga,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
