Clinical And Related Literature Research On Jiuzaoruntong Decoction In The Treatment Of Slow Transit Constipation Of Intestinal Exacerbation-heat Syndrome

Objective: Through the clinical research literature on the treatment of slow transit constipation in traditional Chinese medicine over the years,and statistical analysis.Provide a certain literature basis for this clinical research TCM theory and prescription medication.At the same time,by comparing and comparing the symptom scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment and the proposed evaluation criteria.Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiuzao Runtong Decoction.Methods: Relevant clinical research literatures were counted,and the results were used to set prescription medications in clinical studies,as well as relevant research criteria and observational indicators.From January 2018 to December 2018,he was admitted to the Anorectal Clinic of Hunan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and hospitalized as a patient with slow-transfer constipation for gastrointestinal heat syndrome.According to the randomized clinical method,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group: 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Jiuzao Runtong Decoction,and 30 patients in the control group were treated with Maren soft capsule for 4 weeks.After the end of treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups before and after the treatment were used as the efficacy judgment indicators,and the comparative analysis was carried out.Data processing was performed using SPSS22.0 statistical software package.Results: The evaluation of the constipation symptoms in the two groups in the evaluation of the clinical efficacy of constipation symptoms: From the above table,it can be concluded that after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group is84.37%.The total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment of Jiuzao Runtong Decoction(P<0.05).MaRen soft capsules before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the symptom scores betweenthe rescued dry-running soup and Maren soft capsules(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the rescued dry-running soup and Maren soft capsules was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions and side effects in the treatment of the two groups,indicating that the medication was safe.Conclusion: 1.Jiuzao Runtong Decoction can effectively treat intestinal transit heat syndrome slow transit constipation,superior to MaRen soft capsule in curative effect,improving overall constipation symptoms and TCM related symptoms.2.Clinical application of Jiuzao Runtong Decoction is not seen Adverse reactions and side effects.Jiuzao Runtong Decoction is a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine prescription for the treatment of intestinal heat syndrome and slow transit constipation.It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
