Observation On The Efficacy Of Multi-segment Incision And Ligation Combined With Shengxue Tongbian Granules In The Treatment Of Severe Rectal Stenosis After PPH Surger

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of multi-segment incision ligation combined with Shengxuetongcao Granule in the treatment of severe anal stenosis after PPH.Methods:The24 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into experimental group,A control group,B control group,and C control group.The experimental group was treated with multiple sections of ligation and combined with blood clotting particles.The A control group was treated with direct incision.B-control group was treated with multiple sections of incision and ligation,and C-control group was treated with direct incision method + blood puerperal granules.After 14 days of operation,four groups of wound pain,wound bleeding,and postoperative half moon defecation were observed.After 1 month of surgery,anal pressure and maximum systolic pressure were compared before and after the operation.After 3 months of surgery,re-visit and observation of restenosis was observed.Results:After corresponding treatment,the effective rates of 100.0 %,A,B,and C control groups were 66.7%,83.8%,and 66.7% respectively(P<0.05);Postoperative bowel movements were more open than in three control groups(P<0.05);The pain was gradually reduced in the first,third,and seventh days of the trial group,with scores of 2.83±1.17,3.83±0.75,and 1.83±0.75,respectively.The pain was lighter and recovered quickly compared with the three control groups.After the third,seventh,and 14 th day of the test group,the blood seepage scores were 2.00 ± 0.89,0.50±0.55,0.17 ± 0.41,respectively.The blood seepage volume of the wound was significantly lower than that of the other three control groups.The static pressure and the maximum systolic pressure of the four groups of anal tubes were reduced compared with the preoperative ones.However,the test group was more obvious(P<0.05);There was no recurrence in the test group.The incidence of post-operative stenosis was significantly higher in the control group than in the test group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-section incision and ligation combined with blood clotting granules for the treatment of severe rectal stenosis after PPH is accurate.The post-operative wound pain is light,the amount of blood seepage is small,the defecation situation is improved,and the anal pressure is reduced.,systolic pressure,and effectively prevent the occurrence of restenosis.
