ObjectiveTo treat Rectal constipation by the anterior rectal full-thickness incision surgery with TST single open-loop and use traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, and use the major symptoms of Patients with constipation and PAC-QOL as outcome measures to evaluate the effect, to explore the effective methods to treat Rectal constipation.MethodsEnrolled60cases, who were Rectal constipation inpatients from ShenZhen Hospital of TCM from Mar.2010to Dec.2013, according to standard of diagnosis and inspection of the result. Patients were divided into two groups:The treatment group treat by the anterior.rectal full-thickness incision surgery with TST single open-loop and use traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation. the operation method is new method use cure Rectal constipation. Control group treat by traditional Chinese Medicine. Two groups were treated by traditional Chinese Medicine in Period of treatment.15days for a period of treatment. Reference the international chronic constipation symptom scores. To Comparison observation the major symptoms of Patients with constipation and PAC-QOL in the time of the Before the treatment and After the first course and After the second course. Through the statistical analysis and processing, make the conclusion.ResultsAfter2courses of treatment, total of30patients with treatment group, recovered0cases;13cases were markedly improved, effective15cases;accounted for93.33%; invalid in2cases, accounting for6.7%. total of30patients with control group, recovered0cases;7cases were markedly improved, effective15cases;accounted for66.66%; invalid in10cases, accounting for33.4%. Comparative effectiveness The differences are statistically significant(P<0.01). The treatment group were followed up for6months, the total efficiency was75.00%; followed up for12months, the total efficiency was69.00%.
