A Preliminary Study On The Application Of TCM Clinical Pathway In Children With Neurogenic Urinary Frequenc

Objective: To observe the effect of the clinical pathway of traditional Chinese medicine in outpatient children with nervous frequency urination and make scientific evaluation on it,so as to provide early clinical experience and data support for the formulation and implementation of more standardized pathway of this disease.Methods: Cohort study during this period,the path of 60 cases clinic neurological frequency were randomly divided into CP group and the control group.The outpatient in the CP group were treated by CP of infantile nervous uric frequencyofrequency of nervous urination in children,The control group did not make special provisions,the course of 14 days,observe two groups of children in curative effect,outpatient treatment time,expenses,and patients satisfaction differences.Results:1.Before treatment,demographic and disease conditions of the two groups were compared,with no statistical significance and comparabili-ty(P>0.05);2.The scores of the CP group before and after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The scores of the control group before and after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);3.There was no significant difference in the treatment efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05);4.Comparing the outpatient treatment time between the two groups,the route group was less than the control group(P<0.05);5.The outpatient costs of the two groups were compared.The costs of traditional Chinese medicine,proprietary Chinese medicine.and featured therapy of TCM in the CP group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cost of western medicine and examination in the CP group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The total cost of TCM treatment in the CP group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The total cost of the CP group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01);6.The satisfaction rate of the CP group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Both groups can improve the symptoms of neurogenic frequent urination,and there is no difference in clinical efficacy.CP group can shorten the outpatient treatment time of this disease,increase the cost of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,reduce the cost of western medicine and examination,improve the cost ratio,reduce the total cost of treatment,improve the satisfaction rate of patients.
